[Resolved] Bsa Motors — Battery complaint | |||
Battery complaint i bought a E scooter (street rider) from Puducherry BSA motors in the year 2011 and periodically serviced on time but just today the battery became weak and I could not move out the vehicle. From the instruction from the service point I took the battery, where he said that the battery was bulged. The battery was in warranty period. i have given this complaint and surrendered the battery for the replacement. But I come to know that it will take one month period from today. Kindly make arrangements immediately; otherwise it will affect the all activities at our home. My son is completely depended on this vehicle for school and tuitions. I AM ALSO FACING SAME ISSUE. THERE ARE NO BATTERIES IN STOCKS. I HAVE ROAMER PLUS. UNDER BREAK DOWN SINCE 2 MONTHS. NO DEALER.. NO SERVICE STATION... VERY BAD SERVICE ATTITUDE OF COMPANY

BSA MOTORS — not good service
Hello there,I have also purchased Smile from BSA 17/10/2009 Motor no –[protected]
His battery is not working now and I am chasing BSA last one month but not solved out our problem, BSA dealer also charge 200 rs from me for checking the bettary
