[Resolved]  Bses — Street Light Not Working

kuldeep you are right. such kind of behivers i face by BSES when i make complaint. ye relience ha aur ye log bas formality ke siwa kuch nahi karte.

I would talking to local MLA But feel they are also useless...

I live in andrews ganj(F-106/2), new delhi and the street light in front of my house is not working fron past 1 year or so and due to that people do often use the obviously darken place for urinal services and that do in front of my house.people also come in there cars and park it under the pole in dark and do all type of dirty work which i think i should not mention in my complaint.Pls anyone help.

The street light in my locality not working since 2 or 3 month even whole street is under darkness not a single light working here. i have made complaint by BSES coustomer center which no.[protected] and also make on line complaint by www.bsesdelhi.com which no. is :-01626 but after a long time when no action taken my cmplaint by BSES i try to make complaint inline again then system show your comlaint is under process... but still street light under darkness. This has become very dangerous due to darkness for the people and children who walk on road.i have try to trace complaint which i make by coustomer support but helpline person told me that he made a complaint and BSES engineer working on that i do not know how can BSES person so careless about complaint. than what meaing of coustomer support server or coustomer support center.
Please take it seriously as it matters to consumer right.

I want to inform you that the digital light meter in my home is not working form last 3 months. I have also complainted many times in nearer power office but they are not ready to help me. Last month a man who is wrking in power corporation came to me and took the meter with him. After few days he came back show us that the meter is working properly. He charged 700/- Rs. for it but the meter remains same and is not working. So please take it seriously because it is very seroius problem for me. Do something for me.

It is brought to your notice that we the residents of sector-23 DDA Flats (MIG/LIG), have jointly addresed a complaint vide No [protected] and reminder No [protected], regarding non-functional of Pole No W-676 located at DDA flats MIG/LIG, Ph-I, Pocket-I, Sector-23, Dwarka-110075.so far no action has been taken in this context, as the residents are suffering due to darkness in this particular area. though the complaint was also lodged with Consumer redressal Forum Sector-5, Pushp Vihar, New Delhi-17.

An early action in this regard will protect the rights of consumer like us. and simultaneoulsy mitigate the problem at your august self.

BSES — All street lights are not working last 15 days.

Dear Sir,
I'm requesting you to check all street poles towards Khirki Extn from DESU office, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-17. My address is 90/76-B, Malviya Nagar, N.D-17 complete area are in the dark last more than 15 days. There are several accidents, snaching everyday.
So. Please try to check all street lights and change the bulbs as soon as possible.

With due respect it is to inform you that Both Electricity connection in respect of Narinder Pal Singh S/O Durlabh Singh of RZ-108 & 109, IIIRD Floor Front Portion, Indra Park, Uttamnagar -110059 has been connected with my Electricity connection i.e. RZ-108 Front Portion First Floor Left side Indra Park, Uttam Nagar -110059 since last four months. The electricity bill w.e.f. 28 Feb 2009 to 19 Aug 2009 in favour of me is amounting to Rs. 1, 520/- but both personnel electricity bill is only Rs. 70/- & 60/- respectively ( Photo copy of all the bills is enclosed for your ready reference).

Keeping in view of the above, it is therefore requested that kindly look into the matter and doing the needful immediately.

I shall be highly thankful for this act of kindness.
