IT FINDS VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND THAT THERE HAS BEEN DAILY FOUR OR FIVE TIMES POWER FAILURE BETWEEN 10 TO 12 P.M. WITH A GAP OF 5 TO 15 MINUTES DUE TO WHICH OUR SLEEP GOT DISTURBED FOR WHOLE NIGHTS RESULTING TO RESTLESSNESS NEXT DAY COMPLETELY. DUE TO THIS PROBLEM OUR POOR SCHOOL GOING CHILDREN HAVE ALSO BEEN DISTURBED AND DUE TO RESTLESSNESS THEY COULD NOT FIND THEM FIT TO CONCENTRATE ON THEIR STUDIES.

We are living at 218 Hauz Khas apartments, Hauz Khas DDA Flats our CRN No.:[protected] &New K No.:2551 L1539 0350. There is no light in our house Complaint Centre at RBI Colony Hauz Khas is not responding through Telephone. Could you do something to restore current at the earliest.
Notwithstanding the fate of our complaint regd.vide No.1125 on 16th July 2008 in also known to us. Cam someone intimate the outcome of the same?

Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to the complaint against electricity bill. Our meter is in the name of my father Sh.Brij Bhushan Sharma. My self Vikram Sharma K.No.: 2650 W7080 537 and CRN No.: [protected] R/o M-75, 1st Floor, Vikas Puri, New Delhi-110018. We received the electricity bill through my email on the internet. I got shocked when I saw the bill i.e. Rs 10, 970.00 Since the time the meter was installed we never got the such big bill. As you can see the last bill i.e. from Nov 2007, to July 2008. But since the last month i.e. from August 2008 bill is coming more and this month it has rised very high. In the month of August the excess bill came amounted to Rs. 2863.60. We thought that it will be reduced but it has crossed the limits. We are the domestic consumers not the industrial or commercial users. Our’s is a small family 2 Adults and 2 Kids. The electricity is used in the room which we sit. Therefore pl. correct the bill and & check the meter, if there is any fault.
Please reply us soon as we will not pay till the bill is not corrected. You can also see the previous bills, we used to get an average bill of Rs 800.00 to 1, 200.00 for 2 Months.
Please correct it immediately.

I am resident of Dwarka, Sector 23, New Delhi-110 075. I want to lodge a complaint for Electric Pole and bulbs of Sector 23, Dwarka, New Delhi-110 075.
Many Street Light Poles and bulbs nearby Neibourhood Park No. 4 is missing/loss/damaged since last six to eight months. No one is willing to rectified the problems. Even Green Towers Society front gate Street Light is not working.

I regret to inform you that there is no listening even for the genuine & serious electrical defects in common staircase area where electrical meters of all the residents are installed. We have brought this thing into notice of BSES Office located in Sector:13, Dwarka, New Delhi, 3 to 4 Times. A written complaint for the same was also given for the same at that office. Our light ( Flat No's:- 393 to 400,
Sector:19, Pocket:3, Dwarka, New Delhi)generally goes off 3 or 4 Times in fortnight.There is contineaus sparking at the common meter area.When your men come to attend the report they say that the entire wiring & the electric nuts of the Common area need to be changed & BSES is not having the stock for the same.Your staff persons had also removed and taken with them the Main On & Off Switch of the Common area( Which is more risky because there is contineaus sparking in that area and there is no main on & off switch)
I request the concerned authorities to kindly look into the matter & do the needful.

BSES Rajdhani — Failure to respond

Dear Sir - For past two nights my societydoesnot get back its power supply after a load shedding, The complaint centre remains closed and the outsourced watchmen say the complaint centre attendants leave by 11 at night and only come back the next morning. Hence complaint cannot be logged and the fault remains till the next day story repeats itself, can u please have a responsive complaint handling dept.

We The residents of Bhera Enclave, Paschim Vihar, Delhi 110087, are facing an accute problem from the last two and half months.Most of the time especially in the late evening hours till midnight there is a heavy fluctuation of voltage, i.e voltage keeps on fluctuating from zero to highest. Because of this heavy fluctuation all our elactrical gazettes are getting out of order or we have to shut them off. I complainted so many times, most of the time I get reply that all your representatives are busy attending complaints of other customers so call some other time. Once or twice complaints had been attended & repairing persons repaired only by tightening the terminals at the transformer site. But that temporary repair lasted only for a few hours. Because of all this nuisance all residents are spennding sleepless nights.I there for request you to do the needful at the earliest by ammennding the route cause.
