BSNL — activation of service without demand & money deduction | |||
Dear sir I am having bsnl connection in rajasthan circle. My mobile no is [protected]. In last week bsnl activated some service without my knowledge & deduct Rs.20/-. When I compliant for this on customer care, they told me that my complaint is filed and I will get complaint no through SMS, but I didn't get any SMS. After 3 days I filed the complaint again & they give me docket no A24RJ301799. But till date I did not get any solution or my deducted money till today. And today they have deducted more money today by activating more faltu service again without the demand. Now I have to say that bsnl is the thief If they need money they must stand on the road and should start bagging on the street light. If some solution is there please do favour me. BSNL internet — money deduction
i had reacharged my mobile by 230 Rs for enternet surfing at 30 may for a month but at 8 june they deduce some money from my account for surfing. my mobile no is [protected].so please solve my problem as early as possible...
