Hi I took a connection from Vodafone [protected] which had using for more than a year and a month back I ported to BSNL while porting to BSNL I had cleared up all the dues inspite of that the services were disconnected and been forced to make calls to different people and different departments and was told the services were disconnected as per the instruction received from Vodafone because of outstanding amount But I had cleared up the bills and borth the service providers are informing to approach the other one. you have all payment details? just take them to vodafone store ask them to issue you no dues certificate and submit it with application to bsnl
