I m in NOIDA since seven/eight days on roaming but in sec-52 and 61 no network is there. .. . .. i am getting a lot of problem., , ,, ,
My prepaid mob no is [protected] (BSNL) from Pilkhuwa....ghaziabad. . . .this number is on roaming since 7 years and I never feel any roaming problems but I am now feeling that I am totally cut from world.
I req to take care at the earliest so that I could continue my No.

I am having Excel Prepaid connection of BSNL since 2003 & my cell nos. is. [protected]. But today morning i face that SMS charges are deducted more than the actual charges.

Today morning before doing some SMS to friends, i have checked my balance. & it was Rs. 11.48 & then after I send SMS to 5 Local & 3 STD nos. As per BSNL dept. SMS charges for Local no. is 0.80 Paise & STD No. is Rs. 1.20. Actually charges for the same happen is Rs. 7.60 (Rs. 4.00 + Rs. 3.60) but it was deducted Rs. 10.00 from balance.

Then i asked the Customer care also, but they refuse to belive that the charges were deducted more than actual.

Please help me out to get back money.

My land phone no :[protected] is not working since last 25 days and BSNL is not ready to correct it inspite of many complaints to them over call.

Further, I have applied for connection with the name "Mohd Salauddin mohd Saleemuddin" but they have registered it with name in reverse order.Regarding which I have given written Complaint 2 Month Ago but still they have not corrected it and when i am calling then they are asking me to once again vist to there office and give written complaints once again.My question to then is how many time they want to have written complaint and what about the first complaint which ia have given 2 months ago.Is it a joke to visit their office during working hours.

Again, unlike to other service provider BSNL is not providing any email address for complaints on their bills, they have some toll free no.s which they they never lift or most of time are busy.

I have never seen such a worst kind of service.

My home BSNL landline No[protected]Registered of my fathers name - Vasant Waman Bhalerao) is not functioning due to damage in cable coming from exchange to phone since 4 weeks. I am working in USA (America) and like to talk to my parents several times. Whenever i call from here it just rings at exchange and i was assume may be no one at home. This is ridiculous, If line is dead why incoming caller gets a ring? My family made so may complaints to Telephone exchange but there is no proper response from the officers.

Kindly request you look in to this matter and rectify the fault as soon as possible. If not possible to resolve the issue then please terminate the connection so look for some other alternative.

my phone[protected] is dead since 29th July, complaint booked on 30th July thru 198 service. Complained on phone no.[protected] of BSNL office on 31st July. SMS send to [protected] on [protected]. It happens every month or two and will remain dead for 10-15days.

I complaint against the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited and it's employees in the district of Bareilly state UP for providing me with very poor and disgraced service aginst there internet plan of Rs. 98 with provides user with unlimited internet access upto 2 GB of data for a duration of 1 month. And this is to inform that the internet service provided by them against the above stated plan is below standard and it causes me great mental strain as the purpose for which i opted this service is not fulfilled even partially. so kindly take some action against it.

Dear sir,
It is with great courage I write to you. Payment of all bills have been stopped for the last 2 years by the ruling political party. However we still need broadband internet so we were sending people to Siliguri to pay our telephone bills so that the internet service does not get cut. All was fine but Our bill has been overdue & we frequent the Post Office but it is of no avail. I don't see why BSNL can't at least send the bills on time.

i am v.kannan and i am staying in periyar nagar.last month my grand son has opted for the BSNL india games on demand. but he has forgot the password and user id for his account . so i could not cancel my subscription for that games pack . and the toll free number[protected] has no response . so kindly cancel that pack with this i am attaching my land line number[protected]. so please call me up if you need any details

i have been experiencing frequent errors on my Bsnl Cellone mobile number since long time.
The complaints are
1. While calling in any number from my cellone number i'm not able to make a call. the calls are getting disconnected.For 5 - 10 minutes i'm not able to connect.This occurs frequently without any reason even if i'm in full coverage area.

I Mr. Amitava Sil staying at 1/70/3 Banerjee Para Road, Sarsuna Kolkata -61, lodged a complaint on 28th July, 2010 for BSNL landline (No[protected] which is in dead condition. The complaint docket no is T-4808. The personnel who gave the docket no told that the phone will be repaired very next day which was not repaired. When once again I called BSNL office on 30th Juy, 2010, the personnel is telling that strike from casual workers is going on. So it can't be repaired now.

Please take action for repair of the same at the earliest.

I HAD APPLIED FOR SHIFTING OF MY LANDLINE AND BAROADBAND CONNECTION ON 3RD JULY 2010 AT FATEHGANJ OFFICE OF BSNL IN VADODARA AND TILL DATE THE CONNECTION HAS NOT BEEN SHIFTED DESPITE SEVERAL FOLLOW UPS. ITS SEEMS BSNL PEOPLE ARE LEAST INTERESTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL AS REVENUES TO BSNL.
MY CONNECTION WA TO BE SHIFTED FROM NIZAMPURA EXCHANGE TO CHANAKYAPURI EXCHANGE DUE TO CHANGE OF ADRESS.
MY OLD LANDLINE NO. WAS 2771873 WHICH WAS APPLIED FOR SHIFTING.
THIS SHOWS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PUBLIC AND A PRIVATE SERVICE PROVIDER.WHICH WILL LEAD ME TO SHIFT TO A PRVATE SERVICE PROVIDER.

MOST OF THE TIME THE TELEPHONE IS OUT OF SERVICE DUE TO POOR MAINTENENCE OF SHAHAPUR TELEPHONE EXCHANGE PERSONNELS. IN LAST MONTH WHEN MY PHONE PLAYING TAPE DUE TO NON PAYMENT OF BILLS, THE SERVICE HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED. SO FAR I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY BILL BY POST OR OTHERWISE. WHEN I PERSONALLY CONTACTED THE SHAHAPUR EXCHANGE AND COMPLAINED THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY BILL AND ALL OF A SUDDEN MY PHONE & BROADBAND WAS DISCONTINUED WITHOUT GIVING ME PRE-INTIMATION ON PHONE ATLEAST. WHEN I RECEIVE DUPLICATE BILL, THE BILL ONLY SHOWED OUTSTANDING AMOUNT OF RS.3,209/- TILL THEN I HARDLY PROVIDED ME THE SERVICE ONLY FOR 35 HOURS WITHIN A PERIOND OF 2 MONTHS. SO I PAID THE BILL " UNDER PROTEST" THEN STARTED SENDING COMPLAINTS TO BSNL'S OFFICE AT KALYAN. NO RESPONSE AND REPLY FROM BSNL AS YET. NOW I AM FEARING THIS MONTH ALSO I AM NOT IN RECEIPT OF BILL, AND THEY MAY DISCONTINUE MY SERVICE AT ANY TIME DUE TO NON PAYMENT OF BILLS. FOR THIS POOR AND INEFFICIENT SERVICES OF MTNL PARTICULARLY IN RURAL AREA, I SENT SEVERAL COMPLAINTS FROM SHAHAPUR EXCHANGE TO KALYAN DISTRCIT OFFICE AND MAHARASHTRA CIRCLE AT SANTACRUZ MUMBAI THROUGH E-MAIL AND BY POST. NO BODY GIVEN ANY HID TO MY COMPLAINTS SO I STARTED SENDING COMPLAINTS TO BSNL HEAD QUARTERS AT SANCHAR BHAVAN, NEW DELHI. BUT OF NO USE.
IF THE BSNL IS NOT IN A POSITION TO GIVE QUALITY SERVICES TO ITS SUBSCRIBERS, THEN WHY THEY SPEND CRORES OF RUPEES ON ATTRACTIVE ADVERTISEMENTS ? SOME INNOVATIVE PLANS THEY DECLARE THEREIN. BUT THE OFFICIALS AND PERSONNELS OF BSNL TAKING MORE THAN A LAKH RUPEES SALARY PER MONTH, AND THEY D0 NOT PERFROM THEIR DUTIES HONESTLY, THIS ASPECT LEADS TO TOTAL DISHONESTY OF THE BSLN STAFF RIGHT FROM HIGHEST LEVEL TO LOCAL WORKMAN.
THAT IS WHY THE SUBSCRIBERS KEEP AWAY FROM BSNL SERVICES AND DIVERT THEMSELVES TO PRIVATE TELECOM SERVICE PROVIDERS. THIS ASPECT IS SHAMEFUL ON THE PART OF THE BSNL OFFICIALS. IF I INFER THAT ALL THE TOP BOSSES OF BSNL HAVE BEEN PURCHASED BY THE PRIVATE TELECOM SERVICE PROVIDERS, IN ORDER TO BOOST THEIR PRIVATE BUSINESS. SO LARGE SCALE CORRUPTION AND DERELICTION OF DUTIES OF THE OFFICIALS IS THE MAIN CAUSE OF THE POOREST SERVICES OF BSNL. THERE IS ZERO TRANSPERANCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY HAS BEEN SPREAD IN THE OFFICIALS OF BSNL.
SO THE A.O.T.R. KALYAN DISTRICT, BSNL IS HEREBY REQUESTED TO SEND THE BILLS IN ADVANCE TO ALL THE RURAL SUBSCRIBERS. SO THEY SHALL BE ABLE TO PAID THEIR BILLS IN TIME AND SAVE FROM ILLEGAL, IMPROPER, IMMORAL DISCONNECTION OF SERVICES IN FUTURE.

i've purchased a bsnl evdo card on july 2010 in vizag.
hear there is availability of evdo's but no tower in vizag
i'm in area mvp,sector 11 ...it is within the city only.....
but i'm not even getting cdma 1X signals also.......
what can i do with that device .........
please take necessary action.................

I have complain to BSNL for auto deduction of balance complain No. 4113386 dated 17.07.2010 this complaint also forworded day to day due to problem still there and balance deduct daily, and again complaint today complain No. 4149674 dated 29.07.2010 bsnl customer executive said your first complaint solved then i asked to bsnl why balance deduction contineou today 31.40 deduct balance. I am also asked to bsnl change the bsnl Sim or Handset. There is no perfect reply from that end daily tell me your problel will solve as soon as possible . But today i have approximate Rs 150 lost from our balance.
kindly do the need ful as soon as possible avoid the wrong/ Auto deduction of balance

I m useing bsnl prepad sim.my no. [protected] from allahabad. Mene bsnl custamer care me 21:07:10 ko compalen ki the.ki mera 61 ka tareff time se phale band ho gaya hai.jeska time 10:08:10 tak hai.jeska compalen no. 6273338 hai.so sir help me.

I have been using BSNL DataOne broadband service for about 4 years now. Once in about a year it will give some major problem. This time the service didn't work and I have been running pillar to post to get it to work but without success.

I have logged complaints twice with their customer service. I have also gone and visited their engineer in-charge Mr. Deshpande of Karve Road branch. Every few days I will get a call from them asking whether the issue is resolved and if not then they will send a service engineer but no one had come.

Today a service person came and he said that maybe the ADSL modem I got from BSNL (for which I am paying a monthly rent of Rs100) might be faulty and I should take it to the BSNL branch and get it inspected. I asked him whether he could do this as he is the BSNL person but he said that he does not have the necessary equipment. Now I will need to carry this to their office at their office times which isn't easy. See my note below.

When I had gone to the BSNL broadband centre at Karve Road Telephone office to meet Mr. Deshpande then no one had come there till even 10:30am. First person came in around 10:45 to 11am. They will close early in evening and have break for lunch. Its not easy to logde a complaint on the phone too as most of the times they will not pick it up. Its very frustrating.

I have lost my BSNL sim (No.-[protected]) from Obra sonebhadra since between Jun-2010 to July 2010(Date not confirmed) and i could not lounge any FIR but i have find out that some use that SIM.

So we request you to solve my problem because the sim is on my mother's ID Proof.

Hi,

After many hactic followups and complaint regrading My BSNL landline no[protected] to telephone exchanges, No action has been taken. I had arround 15 -16 conversation with concern person at [protected] and [protected] and always get only one response that we are working to rectifying the underline cable.

My Telephone no is dead since last 25 days and this is long period.

KIndly help me.
