hello sir/mam,
Respected sir/madam i am a bsnl broadband user my phone no is[protected] and unique ID no is GJATD[protected] i have a a problem regarding my bill of month feb 2012.they have charged me 2004 as bill amount. but my bill should be only 690. they have charged me 149 per month of MODCHG that of eight month
they told me that mine scheme is on since the 13 june 2011 if the scheme is on than why it was not charged since the eight month and if scheme is made on by me or there company by misunderstanding than if i got the bill of it in june than i can make it stop.and now bsnl company is asking for the bill of eight month sir/mam i am requesting you to handle this problem i am waiting for your rply..the local account officer at railwaypura kalupur has take his hand from it he says that he cant do any thing so sir/madam i m requesting you to handle out this problem

i subscribed bsnl broadband (250 plan) on jan-2008. i purchased the modem externally (not from BSNL). for the month of jan and feb, BSNL didn't charge me under broad-band modem rent (which is absolutely correct). But thereafter, they charged me under boadband modem rent as shown under:
March- Rs. 206
April- Rs. 60
Kindly provide me with the appropriate solution for the said problem.

Sir our broadband bill is so high. How can view our usage bill
i got message that u can use GPRS free for 20 days i.e from 2 may to 20 may.but after that when i got bill i have charged for GPRS .thier is no body to listen it.if icall customer care they told me that we have no information related to this topic.

It is seen from your Telephone bill bearing No.31091985 dated 7 Jun 2008(Telephone No.o[protected], consumer No.953415 ) that you are given 95 free calls only. Bill No.31073125 dated 27 Jun 08 (Tele No.[protected] and consumer No.3573154) you are given 150 free calls. Both Telephones are installed in same Residence. Therefore i am requested to refund 53 local calls in( telephone No.[protected] amount at the earlies.

I had applied for Rs.250 broadband plan of BSNL and got my connection last month.As per the plan the monthly charge is 250 and free download/upload limit is 1GB.In my first month bill, the monthly charge is given as Rs.100. I have used 792MB, as per my plan(250) the entire usage comes under free limit.But they have given 410 MB as free and have billed me for 382MB.I live in madurai, tamilnadu
My New brodband connection which no. is[protected] is not working since last two day And i need the detailed bill of land line as well as broadband becoz i m not getting how the bills come of ammount 3456 rs.So please check the connection and please send the detailed bill.
bsnl is big [censored].same issue wth me and after disconnecting line stil they r sending same amount bill :o ! use or dont use...they charge same.i'm fed up giving rounds to their offices.so give it a damn.go for pvt companies!
Normally I have been provided with electronic bill in my e-mail address along with despatching normal bill through post. Sometimes due delay in reciving the normal bill, I have made a print out the e-bill and have
made payment. Even e-bill has been provided for the month of December payable in January 2009. But to
my utter astonishment neither e-bill nor any normal bill has so far been received by me for the month of February 2009. My phone no. is[protected]. Please provide me e-bill as quick as possible so that i can
pay off the bill. I don't want to be penalized or harassed due to non-receipt of the bill. I have never made
myself a deafulter in paying the bill in time.

Ref; settlement of out standing bills against telephone no... Which I attach with this letter.
Now My answer is above. if anything wrong or missing point u look then plz clarify me.
Now let me clear one thing what should my mother do or what she will have to do at first.
1.To negotiate that the matter as per their allegation letter without knowing the ultimate actual facts and figure .
2 All things will stalled as per their direction and then arising that issues .

3. Ignoring that matter as per their terms

Plz help my helpless mother who is already a poor Survivor (Physically Psychologically ).

Thanks for your information .
I’m sure you are aware of (jpg 221149 ) service holder’s minimum status at least the seniority of her age. nearly 70yrs old and quite helpless and unwell. Physically Psychologically and emotionally.
To avoid any unnecessary unfortunate misunderstanding I’m giving such a placing this matter to you onbehalf my mother .

With reference to your letter dated 12th march ’09 I state as follows .

1.Your letter does not give any details about billing and status of the matter in question

2.You have not clarified such bill when as to on which date such bills were due

3.The subscriber in question is a senior citizen and quite helpless and unwell

4.There seems to be no explanation for the matter reaming dormant for about six Years approximately.

5.The situation is unusual and I shall expect your kind co-operation

6.The telephone was arranged for by some kind relatives after my father closed his eyes forever and my mother unexpectedly had a serious brain operation under Dr.Molay Chakraborty at siliguri the best of my believe that phone was granted under senior citizenship scheme and it was maintented on behalf by my mother’s sister in law (A retried Govt. servant). Who also stays with her.

7.Now in-between (from the end of 2003 to first of 2004) that phone possibly lapsed due to non payment of bills . however I found some Bills with it’s received copy of that time however details are not cleared.
It was also told by my mother that the phone apparatus taken by your department line-man

8. Now after nearly six years the bill questions have again been revived by your sent notice or letter.

9.In the mean time I’ve been settled in Jalpaiguri I applied for a LAN connection with common normal procedure no questions are raised although the premises are the same . and that was one of the way to make me feel more confident that the matter ( previous phone related Matters was resolved )

10. From your letters it seems my mother’s connection still exists although there’s no psychical Phone of that number as such.

11. Since both of my mother and my aunt are old and aged . details are not naturally clear.

12. There doesn’t seem to be any notice or letter about this matter

As a son I would like to get this matter clarify and settled, as a citizen who user of your services long time . I hope the matter will be resolved amicably and no unjust harassment will be caused to my old and ailing mother and my aunt . Although I’m sure you are aware of (jpg 221149 ) service holder’s minimum status at least the seniority of her age.
So I assure you of my sincerity in this particular matter. My intention is not to escape or finding that type excuses for avoiding due responsibility. My moral duty is to prevent her getting of a bad name of her old age at the ending years of her life.
Now again i'm asking to all of you

My fixed monthly charge of BB is Rs. 500/- and a sum of Rs. 100/- has been allowed as deduction from my bill till Oct.2011 being an ex-Central Govt. employee. In the bill of Nov. 2011 no such deduction was made. I have alrady paid Rs. 703/- Hence a sum of Rs. 100/- may be adjusted in my next month bill and also effect the deduction in the future bills
I have tried to contact in the following phone numbers but no body is attending the phone

Please refer to my complaint dtd 15-Dec-2011. Till now no reply received nor BSNL authorities contacted me. To day also I have tried in Phone No.2702522, but as usual none attended the phone. If any body give email address of BSNL authorities I could have sent email.
