I Have launched complaint against the poor coverage in nagpur for cdma and evdo services. i have also launched a public grivence application and gor responce also, but no use as they said that ur problem has been resolved, but the problem stays as it is. I have purchased the evdo datacard and evdo service from bsnl.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have received an SMS from BZ- BSNL Nagpur stating that, 2 Mbps High Speed BSNL Internet Data Card. Unlimited usage for mouth in Rs 550 only. Wireless technology. USB port device. For demo at your premises in Nagpur town type "DC" following by <locality> & send SMS to [protected].

But after sending SMS as mentioned in SMS, I am receiving Error,

Kindly help in getting the Data Card,

Please provide me details of officer/executives to whom i should contact at Nagpur.

i have purchased the BSNL NIC CDMA 1x USB type. but no network coverage for CDMA in my location and even in many places.even in nagpur too
i am using bsnl cdma 1x NIC, where ever i gone and used it didnt found no network, very poor network, even in nagpur city very poor network... BSNL cdma network is very poor overall.
I have purchased BSNL EVDO 1x USB ( Roomie) type prepaid connection. This was supposed to upto 3Mbps speed but i find the max speed is 153kbps though i find full network i do get this sort of connectivity. And when i gave application i had clearly mentioned to get me EVDO device BSNL office guys they had given Roomie device which was older version of EVDO and got paid same amount as of EVDO. Each month when i go for office i need to wait for half of the day to get recharged reason because they are not aware of which amount to be recharged and they do trials which i need to pay unnecessarily. On mid Jan i paid some amount for validity for a year after recharge it showed has for 2months when i asked the officials simple reason "We were not aware of it sir" and also recharged unlimited downloads/upload for 30days validity and it lasted only 24days why was the connection got disconnected 6 days before im really not aware of it. Overall BSNL is worst as well as they give wrong information and careless.

    My office deposited by BSNL CellOne Mobile No. [protected] Nov. bill on 22.11.08, a little late i.e after due date of 17.11.08 but within the date given in the SMS alert.. BSNL gave me a SMS alert that my bill amount has been received by them in the /ac no[protected] on 24.11.08; but my outgoing calls were deactivated on 24.11.08 and despite of lodging complaint on BSNL customer care no. [protected], ( complaint no. K[protected] dated 25.11.08), this has not been rectified.

    I am facing a lot of problem because of this nwarranted blockade of outgoing call. Please clear it immediately, or else I will go to consumer court that the services have not been restored to me even after 4 days of depositing the bill.

      mera naam chandulal hai, mene bsnl broadban connection 1 october 2008 se liya hua hai mene modem purchase kiya hai aur mera monthly plan 500c hai karban ek month kafi aucha chala speed bhi internet ki thi lekin is november se internet me kafi pareshaniya aa rahi hai, dohpar ke time dsl link nahi aati hai dophar me hamesa internet band rahata hai sirf raat me kabhi kabhi chalu hota hai lekin din me internet band hone se kafi pareshaniya hoti hai mera kaam nahi hota hai aksar corparate kaam din me hote hai, bsnl costomer care me call karne par dang se jawab nahi mila aur na hi problem soul hui hai hamesha server problm ka jawb milta hai.mera broadband connection(landline no) no[protected] hai

      Dear sir,

      My name is Manas Chatterjee I am the son of Mr. Tapan Chatterjee; my father is a customer under west Bengal - (BAIDYABATI exchange[protected] NO). I am holding a land line more then 8 years, recently i tack BSNL broadband connection on –[protected], but at the date of the beginning I facing Error 678 / link failure problem, that so i contact my local baidyabati exchange - almost 15 times, docket more then 8 times & also contact serampore main exchange 2-3 times manually & verbally, but sir steel - no one can be solve my problems, I am student in computer sciences & also working a per time job for online, I hope this is the last way to say this problems, it will be solve three – four days that is ok, otherwise i am disconnected the broadband line for this month. Hope you understand my problems & please tack action very soon.

        sir, i am a bsnl prepaid card holder since long...sorry to say but i am finding so much problems like echo sound, network problems, coverage problems...yesterday i purchased sms card worth rs.56/ but it is not being recharged yet...so kindly look into the matter soon ... shall i expect a reply soon...thanks...

        BSNL — Online Recharge is not working

        I have a BSNL Prepaid General connection. I have used online recharge to top up for Rs. 110. The money is deducted from bank [Reference No : IG09187101]. But the talk time remain the same.

        When I approached BSNL customer care, they simply say that buy card and us it. Then what is the need of having online recharge.

        When I asked customer care to register a complaint, I got the response that I need to go to BSNL Office and register a complaint..

        To register a complaint, I need to take half day leave and travel to BSNL office...

        This is too bad.

I ASKED A TICKET CHEKER WHO STOOD INFRONT OF THE A.C THREE TIER COACH(coach no- B1) OF THE SAME TRAIN TO MAKE MY TICKET AT A.C THREE TIER. THE TICKET
        CHECKER IMMEDIATELY TOLD ME TO GET INTO THE TRAIN. BUT WHEN HE CAME TO MAKE MY TICKET HE ASKED FOR EXTRA RUPESS 275/- INSTEAD OF EXTRA RUPESS 219/-(as I was already holding ticket of rs 117/-). WHEN I REQUESTED HIM TO SHOW ME THE EXACT FARE, NOT ONLY HE MADE NO EFORT TO DO THE SAME BUT ALSO HE ABUSED ME INFRONT OF THE OTHER PASSENGERS. INSTEAD OF PAYING RS 336/- I HAD TO PAY RUPES 392/-.         I want to give complaint against BSNL which is service provider company to my mobile net work for mobile No : [protected]
        I had top up of my mobile for Rs. 550 on 31/03/2010 through ICICI BANK net banking as per BSNL advertisemnt in news paper there is scheam of 50% extra talk time upto 31/3/2010 as per this I had to got talk time of Rs. 750. But i got a talk time of arround Rs.498 for my that top up by Ref : 57842611

        Please do the needful and take necessary action to rebate my actual talk time of Rs. 750.

        I also fall in the same trap.My transaction was not complete it says HTTP Error 500 internal server error But money already deducted from my account.The site should be banned asap.Its a new trick of BSNL to loot people.I personally advise all to beware of this site.It really sucks money!!
        Oh god..the customer care is too bad.. i reachardger for 501 so bsnl to bsnl will be free for me.. It was like that for 10 days.. After that getting charged.. I called customer care ..its a big waste... i got somany complaint numbers...every time when I call to customer care I will get new new tickets..         i have tried to refill my BSNL prepaid Mobile (orissa circle) using bsnl prepaid online recharge portal Through online recharge and refill of Rs 200.00 two time 16/04/13 (first one at 11:48:17 hr. and another at 11:53:37 hr and received only one recharged message from bsnl another recharge amount of Rs.200.00 still not recharged but Amount of Rs 200/- and Rs. 200/- already debit to you from my BOI (Bank of India) saving account that i received the message from BOI.

          Im sathik ali from colachel, kanyakumari district, Tamil nadu.I'm using H speed internet through wll phone for past few month provided by bsnl.my wll phone no 216449. from the last month to this date my Internet connectivity is very very poor as dead.so i cant use Internet.I lodged several complaints by phone and directly to all local and district offices.No step is taken to listen or solve my problem.every body direct others and just escaping .even i don't know who is the responsible person, and what is the real problem.I pay the bill with out using.I lost lot of money and Time due this situation.I completely lost my trust on bsnl.and i believe they are cheating me

            I, SADHAN BAGCHI had availed of the BSNL BROADBAND internet connection under the landine number[protected] in the month of july, 2008.however, since the month of september, 2008, my internet has not been functioning, though the modem condition is perfect and all the modem lights are switched on.the link gets failed the moment it is tried to connect(ERROR 797).
            I have complained to the BSNL authorities atleast 15 to 20 times in the past 2 months by calling up on the helpline[protected] but there has been no cooperation from them.
            therefore, this is the last resort that i had to take since the internet connection is very necessary for my personal work.i expect immediate action from the BSNL authorities and i'm looking forward to their kind cooperation at their earliest convenience.

              I am Pankaj Arora S/o. Sh. Parvinder Arora, I'am having a broadband connection, i owned that connenction last month, the executive told me for 500 Security, and no other charges, but yesterday i got a bill of amount Rs. 2822/-. BSNL has mentioned Rs. 1250/- Deposit Amount ...

              Even i had register a complaint for improper working but nobody has visit for checking. The complaint wat my broadband connection was not working properly. But no response by the BSNL and now my land is dead, its not working from yesterday...

              First of all less that deposit amount form my bill otherwise take your BSNL connection back. its poor quality product.

              BSNL is providing very poor service qualvity.

                Many a times complaints have been raised for non working of telephone at my home in Bhalki Taluka(kARNATAKA).

                Bill if being filled regularly. From last 6 months the line is not working.

                What we are supposed to do.

                If your authorities are not capable of maintaing the line, kindly reply us so that we can discontinue it.

                      My telephone line JMNK 2664718, at Jamnagar, Gujarat is 2 year old connection.But, sincce i got applied for "Broad Band" connection.I am severily facing problem in telephone line.I have registered several complaints in 197 through phone and personally. I have a receipt of my written complaint to Mr.yagnik/Mr.Sihora.It is still dissconnected since saturday 20/06/09 till now.I do not know the pourpose of getting broadband at home when it is always dead line.Everytime i complaint, they repair.The frequency of complaint is 3-4 times a week.Please let me know to whome i complaint and when it will be permanently ready. I am fade up with service department at My Address at "Flat No-13, Haveliwali Seri, Sarusection, Jamnagar, Gujarat".I lost faith in BSNL.I am going for private wirelwss connection.Also, I am planning to file a case in consumer court for this harrasment and to get the past month charge and modem charges back since its incepction.
                      This is my request to change my connection from "K.V.Road" to "PATEL COLONY EXCHANGE" or dissconnect permanently.

                              In spite of informing BSNL, BISTUPUR, JAMSHEDPUR-831001 regarding NON-OPERATION OF INTERNET FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS, instead of setting right the Internet Connection, BSNL have regularly Charged us the Regular Monthly Charges in the Bills for the Months of November & December 2008 which we had no option but to pay to avoid dis-connection.

                              It is hereby requested that our Internet Connection is set right within the next two days or else we shall file complaint with the Consumer Forum of India for Poor Service as well as apply for disconnection.
                              I am trying to open internet usage account for the past 8 days...

                              It is coming as "invalid user name or password"...eventhough putting correctly portal id and password which is given by your representative.

                              Please help me to solve this problem...

                              Since I was irritated on getting back to the net and seeing the same message telling me that you have "Internal Server Error" for the past 4 days, I am complaining this to whoever is concern. Please fix it as soon as possible.

                                Hi,
                                I'm a BSNL postpaid customer from chennai. I purchased the BSNL 'CallNow' calling card which can be used to make international calls at lesser rates. Before buying the card I enquired and came to know that it could be used only in BSNL ladlines and postpaid mobiles. I bought the card of Rs.2000 denomination since calls to US costs Rs.1.75/- in that. Initially there was no problem. But after few days I'm not able to make calls to US during the daytime (indian time). I'm able to call during early morning and late night times only. Other times it says 'number cannot be accessed'. I was able to make calls from other phones, say airtel and all..at that time. If i'm not able to make calls at times I wish what is the use of keeping the card with me..
                                Does that mean that I should make calls only when they decide? Since there is significant time difference b/w India and U.S this has become a problem for me. I'm now regretting that I've wasted Rs.2000. Now i'm thinking I should have bought either Airtel or vodafone cards.
                                If I call BSNL customer care, only announcements are coming. Choice for speaking to customer care executive is not there.
                                I never expected that BSNL service is this much poor.

                                I'll surely say BSNL is the worst service provider..

                                BSNL always makes fun of the customers. BSNL system itself is like that. People at ground level wont work. The computers also wont work properly because the people who run them wont work properly.

                                  Our company has having landline[protected] at lloyds chamber, mangalwar peth. We have shifted our office in may 2008 & we had to get our previous landline no changed to this no. Our phone was being frequently dead in september 2008 & october 2008. After lot of complaints we got it ok.
                                  Regarding bills: since may 2008, we have not received single oringinal bill from bsnl, each time we have to go to their bhavani peth office to get bill. There also never gets the original bill, after waiting gives the duplicate bill. And asks to enquire in post office for bills, when enquired in post office they said we have stopped to distribute bsnl bills, enquire to bsnl only. Each month we have to send someone 2-3 times in a month for getting this bill, wasting time, manpower & money. Though we are customer we have to bear this to avoid any inconvience by bsnl if bills not paid in time. Please look into this matter.

                                  I am a BSNL WLL subscriber, tele no. 20266054, the last 4 months.
                                  I got a bill for Rs 3409/- for the period 1/9/2008 to 31/10/2008(bill no.[protected] dtd 7/11/2008), which showed a previous balance of Rs 1110/-.
                                  On contacting Mr Pawar, A O Mobile (Cell No.[protected], landline[protected] he told me that the same would be amended by him, as it was reflected erroneously.
                                  My peon went for a fresh bill thrice to a customer service centre, but the bill was not amended.
                                  I got a printout of transactions in the last 6 months from my bank, wherein it was found that BSNL had not presented Indian Overseas Bank cheque no. 304045, issued by me in favour of BSNL.
                                  Apparently the cheque was incomplete.
                                  Why could Mr Pawar not have given me this same information in my first talk I had with him.
                                  Must have called him up at least 9 times, besides sending my peon thrice to the service centre.
                                  I have availed of the EVDO internet access on my PC.
                                  As per the initial product literature I believed that it had upto 2 MBPS speed
                                  Usage the last 4 months leaves me doubtful of this claim.
                                  At the best of times, that is late night or early morning, the speed usually goes upto 500 kbps or once it had gone upto 590 kbps.
                                  2 MBPS speed has been a mirage.
                                  Any scope for improvement.
                                  Hope BSNL can throw some light !
                                  I live in the Kondhwa area. We have not been receiving bills for the past 4 months. I went to the BSNL office near Poona College to get a duplicate bill and for some corrections. The lady over there helped me and was very efficient but she agreed that there was some problem with consumers in Kondhwa not receiving bills. This month again we have not received the bills. I wonder when this problem will get sorted out. Two of my neighbours are elderly people and it seems their line got disconnected because they did not pay the bill which they never received.

                                  We have summited the request in the end of September for shifting our landline. But it is not shifted yet. I have followed them many time but most of the time there is no one in the office to take the complaint. I ask for the complaint register also but there is no such thing in there office.

                                  We have registered complaint about our telephone line 26930466 havin a lot of disturbance. The teleohone 26930366 is also not functioning properly, as a result the internet page is not displayed of gets frequently interrupted during working hours. We are finding great difficulty in communicating / responding to the emails we receive. This situation has been for more than a month. The reply we have been receiving is there is a major problem and we are working on it. But no positive commitment i made in this regard. It appears from this response that customers has to be entirely at the mercy of BSNL. Hope your servicesand responses improve. - Joe Fernandes
                                  Bsnl always getting billing errors. Firstly since i wanted a new internet connection i had to give a chq of rs.750/-. And then got connected but for six months after that i never recd any bills. Since had taken connection from franchisee they told me not to worry and the bill would come. Though i did remind them every month and they kept saying a lot of people from the complex have not recd the bills also. It did come for all the months together and with late payment fee which i refused to pay since they told me there was a technical error which is no fault of mine. Finally a mr. Khare from bsnl called me and told me ok i will see that you do not pay the penalty for late payment. From then on every bill carried forward arrears so finally my did advised me to pay annual which i did and now i have got a bill after paying annual of arears and late payment penalty of rs.763?- which i know is the carry forward of the security deposit with penalty. Spoke to mr. Nalle from salunkhe vihar exchange who asked me all the details and asked me to contact my did. My did asked for a xerox of the last 2 bills and told me to pay the chq as the annual would start from april. Later i saw that it was mentioned in the bill annual from 1/3 2013 to 28/3/2014. Hence the person working for my did told me not to pay the chq. Then i called up my did and told him to look at the bill and he seemed little annoyed and said he will look up the matter and get back to me. Also in between spoke to a lady from bsnl and told her i had paid the security deposit on 16/4/12 which was encashed on 19/4/12 and the bank name and chq number. She told me dont you have a recpt which was not given to me hence i said no and she took my mobile number down saying since it is so old i need to check our records. Till date it is more than a month but she has not got back to me. Bsnl have lack of communication problems hence these errors...2 officers called me but still the same has not been rectified though they promised to rectify the same.
