I, SADHAN BAGCHI had availed of the BSNL BROADBAND internet connection under the landine number[protected] in the month of july, 2008.however, since the month of september, 2008, my internet has not been functioning, though the modem condition is perfect and all the modem lights are switched on.the link gets failed the moment it is tried to connect(ERROR 797).
I have complained to the BSNL authorities atleast 15 to 20 times in the past 2 months by calling up on the helpline[protected] but there has been no cooperation from them.
therefore, this is the last resort that i had to take since the internet connection is very necessary for my personal work.i expect immediate action from the BSNL authorities and i'm looking forward to their kind cooperation at their earliest convenience.

BSNL,BANGALORE — Broadband deposit
I requested to cancel my broadband connection on Nov 5,2010 and submitted modem and phone instrument that day itself.I was told that I'll get the deposit amount within 2 weeks, but I havn't got anything.I have called customer care they are not helping just saying go to the office.After trying very hard got accout office no, but they dont pick their phone.This is horrible and I won't take any service from BSNL in my entire life.
