[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — BILLING AND USAGE

Sir,
am from cochin, kerala.My phone number is [protected].I took bsnl combi 500 home schme broadband from february.I was not satisfied with BSNL broadband usage shown in the bsnl website, and i had given complaint in BSNL office cochin.But no further actions are taken from BSNL BROADBAND session to check my complaint.Kindly try to solve my complaint

Respected sir, There is no complaint.Everything is now batter.
Today my usage is less therefor requasted that please consider
plan Rs125 inspite of Rs250.I hope that it will be considerable as
my details are under:
Patel Ashokbhai, 25-VIPSoc, Vadodara-15.

IBM_HTTP_Server Server at bbservice.bsnl.in Port 80
I have resently got BSNL internet connection and the plan is special plan 1111 which has 2 Mbps bandwidth and 15 GB download.

But I am not getting the said speed. I need the high speed internet to do my office work. I need to work for atleast 9 hours everyday and with this speed I am not able to work.

I have not been issued with the modem which normally BSNL provides and I was told to purchase D-Link modem from the market. Does this matters with the speed, well to my knowledge I don't think so.

The phone number on which I am using internet is[protected]. The connection is in my dad's name Mr. P J George.

Since last one week I am keep on complaining with my local exchnage guys and then with the Ernakulam Broadband team to look into but no one dared to check or give me a call. Today I called them again and asked about the complaint which I logged one week ago and I was surprised to see no complaint was logged and every time I have to say the same things again and again. I am very much frustrated with the approach of the BSNL guys. I have even wrote a couple of emails to the [protected]@bsnl.co.in (Ernakulam BSNL) no replies.

Please take this as my official complaint and take necessary action.I request you to please look into this as soon as possible and revert me back to this emal as this is very critical for me.

In cochin with number[protected].. For last few weeks I cant video chat with my family In cochin, it showing connection slow. Can you pls check this line and give a report on my email [protected]@gmail.com. My be due to heavy rain and broken wires
