[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — too slow speed

i am having home500c plan, while applying they said you get up to 250kbps, but iam getting 10-12 kb
...i will definitely say who all given complaints above they will not be benifited, because bsnl's so called CSC (Custome Care Centre) will not take anything to their mind, because they r doing their duty only for their monthly salary...?

Did You tried My Advice?

The speed is very bad how many complains do i make i find no body helps. The problem is BSNL has no trained people. to check the connectivity. no body knows to whom to complaint. the number that they give says we will call you back and no body comes

i completely agree with this complaint.never did the speed reached 2 mbps

Really BSNL has made me very disaapoint about Broadband service. Even my mobile gives me better speed. The Broadband connection break ups so frequently that I even Can't download. Page also takes too much time to load. The Network Utilization is also 1-2%. The BSNL employes also speek so rudely and arrogently. I just want to kick their asses. BSNL- BHOOL SE MAT LENA.

bsnl-broadband — slow connection

I have broadband connection . I have lodged several complaints to the BSNL customer care for slow connections. But till date they have not rectified and no one has turned to rectify the problem

I had an Activated the 750 unlimited Plan in BSNL BroadBand be.The unlimited plan provided by the company does ensure an internet speed of 256 kbps but the download speed (max) is 35-40kBps and upload speed (max) is 30-40 kBps ????
What can I do?

only quite working good for one month form the connection period.from next month ownward really worst
i get connect to 100 Mbs but only download speed 5 kbs maximum and i try to connect every time the same problem.one more thing not able to see my account form my system it self and some time my account details empty(No record found )

BSNL Broadband — slow speed after upgrading the connection

i was previously using 250 plan and have upgraded to 750 unlimited plan & now my speed has decreased drastically around 60 kpbs instead of 256 kpbs as was in the plan, this is kind of general problem .i am citizen of distric hardoi & my no is 223099
kindly do something for it

It's Not a problem from BSNL.

250 plan comes with upto 2 mbps so you will get a lot speed but limited.
750 plan comes only with 256 kbps speed not upto 2mbps. but it's unlimited.

It is very difficult to open www.data.bsnl.in becuse internet is very slow. When I want to change my password or view usage time of my internet period. My Internet does not show speed of internt running.
Kindly solve my problem.

I get new Broadband Connection on 20 April 09 and my Phone no is[protected].From the very first day I am Complaining to BSNL officers for It's poor speed.Between 21.04.09 to 10.05.09 I was visited to BSNL office several times and all the officers send me to another officer by saying this matted will be taking care by that officer.after that I mailed to all the high authority of BSNL Deptt. and the result is nothing. Finally I am writing to you for necessary action for resolving my issue.

Instead of many complains to the BSNL department the Broad band is still running very slow and it breaks its connectivity many times during my work.

U Fools Did U Tried My Advice:

1. Go To Google.com
2. Type "How To Increase Internet Speed" In The Search Bar
3. Then Click On The First One And You Can See A Video There. It Will Explain How To Add Extra Speed To Your Internet Speed. You Can Either Download The Video And See Or Just Simply See There Itself.
4. Don't Disobey Or Forget Any Steps In The Video Because If You Do You Will Not Get Extra Speed.

Oh And I Can't Promise That You Will Get High Speed Though! Anyway Best Of Luck

In any case the advertisements made by BSNL cannot be relied upon. They are in a habbit to announce something and act / perform to the reverse.Same thig happend for Down load Speed. High handedness and extreme negligency in performance may lead the Company to further greater losses.

i m using Bsnl home 500 plan...
it gives me the max 300 kb of downloading speed...
bt from past month i jst recieving 28 kb max download...
i compltd many times bt they did give any respose Their main aim of BSNL employees are to get their salary bt not listen to any customers

my brodband bsnl ki speed kuch samaya bad un plaging ho jati hai shayad modum kharab hoga pls. chek karne ka kasht kriye speed is very low

BSNL Customer service sucks!!! I am trying to contact a person who can help and believe it or not.. I email the customer service Manager, Broadband Manager, In fact I mailed the Director for operations (Rakesh) and I found that they all are in the same page that DO NOT reply to the customers at any cost bcoz no one knows about it.. Crap!!! ..

Don u guys fell ashamed when you get the salary???

BSNL.. A Pain in a .. I will write everywhere I see..

If anyone from BSNL Customer care see this forum.. Pls be ashamed working for BSNL... You guys go for a strike if your salary is not paid, , But y dont u do that the customer is not treated properly...

Put yourself in the customer's shoe, , that's the real customer service..

To gain the so-called "fast" speed there are few things i want to share to u all.
1. Lets stop dreaming
2. Let us start giving our bills according to the max speed we are getting.<< For me its quite good, 'cause my speed is only 11.3kbps right now>>
3.Lets ShutDown this B.S.N.L ( Baheinchot Shaalay Notungki Laura) Broadband..
4. Try connecting to all the techie'z in the world thru various forum which u might bump across tweaking ur torrent downloads, and fund among ourself (the billing money) and built a software which will eventually fry this sick service provider's hairy asses.
5. HEY BSNL PEOPLE ..U GUY SUCK BIG TIME. PAY ME BACK MY CONNCTION CHARGES OR ELSE M COMIN TO SCREW YOUR HAPPINESS..MIDDLE FINGER HAFLY ERECTED(u guys dont evn deserves a proper "[protected]@3K Off". GOODNITE
