I have a landline connection being no[protected] in the name of my father Ashis Kumar Gupta residing at "Soubhratra", Kalibazar, Burdwan, West-Bengal- 713101. The phoneline was being dead for last three weeks. I complain repeatedly for 3 or 4 times, but not getting any response from you or your authority. My complain no is C-267.
Please look into this matter.
