[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — very poor service of broadband & telephone service

i am presently using bsnl broadband with landline phone no. [protected](kolkata).i am facing these big problems:--
(1)the broadband link fails so frequently (2-3 times in a minute).
(2)the sound is not clear when using landline phone.it is full of noise.
(3)the network is so much congested that for making a std call i have to dial at least 7 to 10 times.
now bsnl is launching 3g network but not providing satisfiction to a homeuser customer.shame on the managing committee of bsnl & service centres too.if this situation will continue i will leave your broadband & landline connection in the next month.

Friend, You problem will be never solved if this will be your attitude. You are reporting on Complaint site which doesn't even report it to the concerned officers. Its just a website made in view to aware the people from fraud companies. Take the note of your problem to the BSNL office. I think, they will be able to solve your 2nd no. problem. For problem no.1, its is most opt view that your home is suitated very far from the BSNL office and due to of this large distance, your links and speed broke down. Traffic problem are there is any telecom service provide. If you are not happy with BSNL, you can give and try AIRTEL BROADBAND. THey offer very high speed internet. Take this problem to your nearest BSNL officers.
I feel that taking this broad band conenction is shameful action. From the day this broad band was activated, I am using the phone to make my comlaints than using the internet.

since May01 2009, the complaint given was not attended and again the complaint having the register no: 27460 dt.07.05.09 is not even been looked at by the great BSNL officials.

After 19 days passed now, there is no one in the BSNL to bother of solving the problem, but are so curious in providing the details when we approach the officials due to the frustation of how to proceed in disconnecting internet connection.

In simple for the past 19 days, I am not even be able to enter into the internet using my land line the purpose it was conected. The officials feel that it is not their job to respond to the calls for solving the problem.

The top officials of the BSNL may please note that if you are not interested in solving the problem of the subscriber, , you can inform us about your inability also so that we can go for the disconnection of your line as a whole since your officials are more interested in giving the procedures for taking the disconnection.

The ERROR 691 has nothing to do with the subscriber even after paying the due before the due date. Also the ERROR 678 is no way connected with the work of the subscriber than the BSNL to rectify.It is a good opportunity to learn form BSNL how to lag on the responsibility.

The call center invariably makes the message that some one from the technical cell will attend to us but nothing had happen. But the billing will be made to the subscriber as though we are fools to pay the sum being charged for the inefficiency..

If BSNL is having any technical deficiency in solving the problem, this may please be informed to me, so that I need not waste my time, energy in contacting the BSNL which is a laborious job. Your officials expect us to sit in front of the system whenever they call us. I have he experience on the sunday the 17th May, that if we fail to attend their call when they come on line, they will close the file.

By taking this connection BSNL should not think that everyone will have to beg your officials or we are in the mercy of your employees.

Please respond to solve or inform to take an alternate action.

Hi all friends I also went through same torture from BSNL same frquent disconnections and very hevy billing . Without using broadband for a minute I got a bill of Rs.2602. So its my humble request to all never opt for BSNL products. And those who already are facing the same problem get rid of this pathetic and heavy billed BSNL connection as soon as possible.
