BSNL Broadband — Slow connection speed!

I have been using broadband service, however, i cannot see my billing, how much i hhave used. so to control my self. another thing is that my password was changed bby bsnl goa and same is not working.
Please guide.

I am C vanaja from Marthandam, kanyakumari district, tamilnadu... i am using BSNL Broadband with HOME UL 750plus @256kbps.

I am having problem with its connection. There are many drop-outs in its connection – Sometimes it works while sometimes it doesn’t. I never get speed of 256kbps which is written in its TARIFF – I am getting at most 37kbps speed. my broadband connected is from the number[protected]



So please help me out by any means so that I can get the value of my money.
