[Resolved]  BSNL, Broadband — gurgaon bsnl broadband

I have applied for broadband connection on 21 Nov 09 in Sector 49 , Gurgaon. After repeated attempts a telephone connection No 2213005 was fitted on 25 Nov 09. However the broadband connection has still not been provided despite putting complaints on telephone everyday with the local Bsnl office tele No 221900,2218500, 2339336.
I had applied for this connection soleley for broadband . After almost 20 days Bsnl is still not taking any action.
Concerned authorities are requested to take some action.

i am suffring a brod band complain due to 30 day's and i infrom my local exchange last 20 day's ago.But the exchange not take any action to solve my problem, when i meet J.T.O he say's i knew this problm to my higher othority but sitt now i have no soluation.

my problem is my brod band connection started 20 minutes latter.
at first when i push the switch to my modrem it three light blinking constantly twenty minutes and when blinking stop then it hve no link, then stopped the moderm switch and restart then it connect properly.

I fedup to this poor connection and request you please solve my problem.

BSNL Broadband — not working poperly

There is no connection of broadband on sunday and saterday and sometime otherday from starting. my broadband phone no is 25233652.my mobile no is [protected].i.d is shiv_3652.I have complain panihati telephone exchange but there is no assistance to solve the problem.

My telephone no is[protected] on which i had registere for broadband connection, i used it from last six months but before three months i disconnect it because i had to go out of station, now i had regestered for new connection before 25 days, before 10 days they give me username and password-but still i didn't get the services. Technician came twice and says there are something port problem from bsnl side, but still nothing will be done from bsnl side. please take some needfull actions.

BSNL Broadband — Phone Not Working Properly

Since 2-3 Months my phone not working Properly. There is some problem in sound because to LINE Fault.
I have already complaint this problem to BSNL consumer care Bhilwara but no solution.

Dear Sir,
My broadband connection is not working due to disturbance on the line. I made complaint for disturbance several times.but no result,

moreover there has alsobeen the issue of speed. i hardly get speed of 30 kbps, when i m entitled to get atleast 256 kbps as i m using 256 combo unlimited plan

Please tell me why should i pay for the service which i m not getting properly, thus the charges of my broadband plan shud be refunded for this month. Sir i am fed up of MTNL service, please solve my issue or else i have no other option left, to shift to other companies

BSNL Broadband — broadband not working properly

i have got a bsnl broadband with my fixed phone line whose no. is[protected]. from the last 6 month there has been problem with the link in the broadband connection. other users of the area have got good connection but there is problem with our connection only. we also made a complain at the bsnl exchange. they also sent their service man for checking out the problem but they could not figure out the problem. now they even dont listen to our words.
so now fed up with the problem. plz advice me what to do and if i can file a case in consumer court or not. if i can then please tell me the procedure for it and how much time will be required to sort out the problem.

I am facing problem with the broad band connectivity from the begining. In spite of my number of complaints to BSNL and Laxmikanth from Belavadi telephone exchange Mysore nothing has happened yet.

I am getting frustred by BSNL service. If it does not get sorted out early I want my refund done and i will go to some private services like airtel or reliance.

i am extremely ashamed of complaining against the goverment service. the broadband service of BSNL is not connecting. it seem that my money is getting converted into water. the server is down most of the time. while taking connection we were pleased by many people many times but it seems that there work was limited till there. no action against the weak service of bsnl broadband...i hope this may help me some way...i am extreamly sorry to complain but now i am really tensed with this...if further no action is taken then i may have to switch over AIRTEL or TATA...

MY INTERNET BROADBAND CONNECTION IS NOT WORKING FROM 03/12/2009

I have taken a BSNL broadband connection. I am facing problem in its operation. I visited BSNL sec 12 office and Head office. I was told to meet Ms Shardha. On meeting her she gave me the number 2223000 to lodge the complaint. On talking to this number, I was given a fresh number 2399000 and I was asked to talk Mr Jitendra or Mr Harish. The beuty of this mumber is that firstly no body picks up th ephone and if by chance somebody pichsup then it is told that none of the above officers are available.
Now a days lot many private players like Airtel, Tata etc are avaialble hence BSNL should try to take care of few those clients, who are yet attached with them .Otherwise they are goinbg to loose these little left out clients also.
Can some body take care of my complaint.

I wanted to take an internet connection. I thought BSNL being a reliable company is better. I filled in the form and paid fee around 5 of Jan 2010. After 5-6 days I got a telephone without the internet connection. After a week or so after I got a modem and the person who came to install it told me that I would have to pay the installation charges. I was surprised to know that why I was not informed about this at the beginning.

The next day, 0n 18th, the internet was not working. Since then I have been calling BSNL to fix up the problem with no proper response. I think BSNL is still a public company with no fear of losing jobs. I wanted to run the internet before 10th of January. I had a big assignment.

Now I am fed up with BSNL and want to withdraw the internet connection and keep the landline phone. I do not trust BSNL internet at all. Please resolve the matter soon.

BROADBAND IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. BROADBAND INSTALLED ON 23.02.10. SEVERAL TIMES, I HAVE REQUESTED OVER PHONE AND LODGED COMPLAIN THROUGH TELEPHONE , I HAVE NIEITHER ANY RESPONSE IS RECEIVED TILL DATE NOR ANY ACTION TAKEN TO SEND REPRESENTATIVE TO SOLVE THE PLOBLEM I AM FACING. IT SI NOT ACTIVATED PROPERLY. AFTER OPENING OF INTERNET, IMMEDIATELY IT IS GOING OUT OF INTERNET OR BEMOE HANG OVER. AGAIN, I USED TO RE-ENTER MY USER ID & PASSWORD FOR OPENING UP INTERNET. SINCCE INSTALLATION I AM FACING THIS PROBLEM. I ALSO TALKED TO MR ASH,SDE(TELE COMMN.), KOLKATA-4, OVER PHONE REGARDING THIS PROBLEM. HE ADVISED ME TO LODGE COMPLAIN AND ACTED AS PER HIS ADVISE. BUT TILL DATE THE PROBLEM HAS NOT YET BEEN SOLVED.

I've registered a complaint on Docket No. [protected] for a *week* now. No response from your end. The complaint cannot get re registered since it is already registered.

i have done a mistake by taking BSNL land line no 2213332 in Gurgaon Sispal Vihar sec 49 basically for wi-fi.
paid money on 18 Oct
telephone line installed on 28 Oct
Modum connected on 04 Nov
no internet connectivity till today i.e 07 Nov
sad part is two number provided by of Div Engr [protected] not answered most of the time and once answered intimated that it will be done today by arranging visit but day is over and no progress
another number [protected] not answered at all.
