BSNL Broadband — disconnecting broadband

please disconnect my broadband service as i am not willing to take service . regarding this i already talk to customer executive at airtel help line service but get no response. so you are requested to disconnect my broadband service before 25 april 08.
failing to this it become your liabiity for any bill dues of continuing service without my permission. detail regarding broadband connection is as follow
