BSNL Broadband — Fradulent Billing - Worst customercare

I got BSNL net connection on 29th febraury this year. i'm using Home500c plan, according to which i get my night usages (2to8am) for free. however, each month i'm getting my bill for the full usage. on my opening month itself, they send me a whooping monthly bill of Rs.11400/- !
When i went there, i was asked to take print of the usage, though it was already available with them. "if you want to adjust the current bill, then come back with a printed report!". this was their reply. think about this - adjustment? adjustment? i was only asking for my bill to be corrected. because of thier fault, i had to waste a day and money, to get my bill corrected.
Yet again, i was not sent the corrected bill. i went back again, and got a cheek reply - "oh, your bill was corrected day before yesterday itself ! why didn't you drop by?" As if i got any info ! they think they are running a charity show, and that the customers are mere beggars crying for alms !
And, this same story happened all over again, in the second month also. i've been sent a bill for rs.5230/- However, i didn't bother to make payment. i've asked for a corrected bill immediately. but, i'm yet to recieve any reply.
BSNL is technically sound, but they have very VERY poor staff service to run the show. i hope it goes to dust, if it can't be improved. Atleast customers won't suffer.

I am a planner of Rs.250/p.m. i.e., 1gb upload and down load. My only grievance is if I am permitted to use 1gb uploan and down load, if I reach to 1Gb then the service should be stopped, and should be asked for further service. Then If i consent for further it should be by my consent
Hi my name is Hanu B Krishna from Saidabad, Hyderabad. I was using internet connections for the past two and half years and very recently I have taken the BSNL connection two months ago. I had taken the plan of Business 1200. My first bill received was Rs.1200 approximately. To my surprise I received the second bill for Rs.30, 000. I immediately contacted the Accounts officer who had sent me the bill and explained him the whole problem and he says that he will send me the usage details. I have 16 computers which I use them for around about 288 hours in a month for which downloading will not go for too high. Apart from that I browse internet for checking my emails.For the past two and half years I am using TATA broadband for which I am paying Rs.1400. undoubtedly BSNL internet is absloutely good speed but when itt comes to the service it's the worst. Employees are ridiculous and they dont even bother to respond. When I asked the officers and say about my complaint they say that you have used it and thats how the bill is very high. They dont have a proper system and the employees are illiterates when it comes to technology. You ask anything about the technical terms they say they have no idea about it.
