[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — User name & password is invalid

i hate bsnl broadband customer care service. now i'm facing the same problem.

My broadband connection is not working since last one month, I have logged many complains but no one has turned out and still not working. Please arrange to fix this problem

if problem coming from use hand it will be solved you can make a call [protected] on sunday, my
work is maintinence of computer hardware and networking in delhi this is my part time work, and tuch at [protected]@yahoo.com

By the end of last week, I started getting error 678 and then 691. Several times, I called their call centre and the technical support team. As expected, its of no use. It has been 4 days now, they are not able to unlock my ID or reset password. These guys should be punished severly man becz they dont work, just enjoy on taxpayer's money.

Last week i change my password of my e-mail id [protected]@bsnl.in. But now i am forgot password. Because i am failure to enter to my e-mail id & to see the mails from BSNL. Please solve my problem.
