BSNL Broadband — Broadband problem not solved in 15 days. Still no cares | |
We are located in Bhopal. We are paying 4000 Rs per month to BSNL for broadband usage. Our modem died 15 days ago and it took about 10 days for bsnl professionals to detect the problem. We have purchased a new modem and still we are not able to connect. They are trying to copy airtel services by calling frequently about the problem but there un trained staff does not talk politely and hang up the phone without finishing the talks. We are a small software company trying to get big in these Indian conditions and this BSNL which has lot of money dont care about services and ruining their image.
