[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — not working properly

My bsnl broadband is not working properly,so that i have called to the customer care.But there is no proper response and they are saying after three daysit will be cleared,but other telecom services with in half an hour they will clear the problem.LanLine no: [protected]

i have taken bsnl broadband in my office at lonavala which is not working properly
Sir,
I have taken broad band connection on my land phone connection on 01st Feb 2008, But it is not working properly, some times it displays 'user busy', veryfying username and password, while browsing it is disconnecting every 15 minutes.
kindly rectify above problems

I hv taken bsnl broad band connection form May 2008.
In many times it is giving error 698 Server busy cant get connection.
From last 4-5 day i m continuously facing this prob and unable to get connection.
sir i ahve submitted a fee for full sbscription of one year.and using this from two months .i havnt spent a single hour till now without being disconnected.
I got having before one month 678 error to conect the brodband conection

my plane have unlinmited 750/-
plz to solution that problem

I have got 678 error in conecting
I have a bsnl broadband connection sinse last 8 months, but its not working properly since starting i have complaint in the local office several times, but no action has been taken, also now call center peoples are not helping me when i gave complaint, the adsl light is not stable it only gets stable for 15 - 20 minutes then it flashes

please help me on this

I am having a BSNL Broadband connection on phone number[protected] at Kochi. I am unable to upload any data. while doing so, the connection cuts off. What is the solution?

I am Archana B N, a new customer of your company and taken a new connection with broadband.

I am facing the problem in internet connection. It is getting disconnected frequently even though your modem indicating the internet light on. this is been informed to your executive Mr.shashi, from anjananagar exchange several times, but still he has not attended and we are paying for what we are not using. Your exchange complaint number:23283731 is working but of no use(not fruitful). they simply pick up the call and not solving the problem.

I am very much frustrated and sending this mail by searching through google...

Please do the needful or reply to me, so that I can see for the alternate service due to my bad experience with bsnl(Anjananagar telephone exchange, Bangalore)

I have got a bsnl connection a month ago but after that i am facing the problem of disconnection at irregular time of intervals. These intervals are so short of even 30 seconds. its terrible so please do something for my connection

sir i am using bsnl 750+ plan i am not getting the speed what they have said(30kbps download)
some times net is not connecting and there is no correct response from the staff of bsnl and no higher officer is taking care about that


some times browsing speed also very slow so please act fast

i am using 299+ plan. my connection was commenced from 26 december 2009. since then my net connectivity is not in order. i have complained to my local foundry nagar exchange to rectify this problem but no action has been taken.
there is no correct response from the staff of bsnl and no higher officer is taking care about that
my internet speed not reaching 256kb/s as they claimed.Its max is 100kb/s
my BSNL broad band stops frequently while i am on working and even also stops for long tme often.
My landline and broad band is not workinh properly, i had made complaint 15 days ago but still it is not rectified. The line man is telling there was a line problem, he has reported it to higher officials , so waiting for the materials to come. How many days to rectify a problem. I have to pay 830 rupees has monthly rent for the service which was not provided.
I HAVE BOOKED COMPLAINT FOR BSNL BROADBAND NOT WORKING PROPERLY. NO RESPONSE. PERSONALLY MET THE OFFICIAL CONCERNED AND CHECKED THE MODEM ALSO. IN SPITE OF HIS PROMISE NO BODY TURNED UP FOR RECTIFYING THE SAME.

I am somashekar i have been calling (Anjananagar telephone exchange, Bangalore) from today morning 26/07/2012. People just pickup a call and say that someone will come and attend the call. But no one turend up for the day till now i.e. 4.15pm. And as a customer i have been following up with BSNL.
