[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband Connection — INTERNET CONNECTION DISCONNECTING FREQUENTLY

I have got bsnl broadband connection of plan 750plus
It has been continuously getting disconnected for every few minutes.

I have contacted the BSNL exchange people.

They said that there may be problem in modem(DNA-A211-I BSNL modem).
I replaced to NETGEAR modem.

Still the problem persists.

They asked me to check for viruses.

I have checked the system and all hard drives, operating system with latest version of AVAST & AVG anti virus.
My system is virus free.

Before getting the BSNL connection i thought that BSNL is the only best.
But now I have no conclusion of the best one.

Bsnl Broadband Connection — Frequently getting disconnected

Dear Sir,

I have taken a broad band connection in cochin Kakkand . It is frequently getting disconnected .
Complaint register more than 10 time but no effect in connction

Broad band phone connection Phone No[protected] location Kakknad, Edachira.

If the same is not possible please inform I have to look for other connection like TATA.

BSNL - Internet connection — Internet connection - disconnected

My phone no.[protected] was disconnected a month ago. Alongwith that internet connection was also disconnected, even though phone is restored the net remains disconnected. No body is attending to it. I am paying unnecessarily the bill.

It is really pity on BSNL services.
BSNL Stands for " BHAI SIGNAL NAHIN LAGATA " . So buddy kick their . I got the damn same problem too. Ask BSNL for refund.

Same problem my dada is facing ...
The big problem is that BSNL doesnt have proper customer support... I dont know why they have such a poor service . if i am raising a complaint one month back and they are not able to resolve it after one month also why should i pay for one month ...
Anyways BSNL is BSNL afterall its government company :)
BSNL means Service Network Limited.

I have the same problem where Internet connection disconnect automatically every 30 minutes or sometimes every 5 minutes. This is ruining my work and I cannot work online. If I am downloading a file and if internet connection disconnects I have to start over from the beginning.

I have lodge complaints with BSNL many times. But, this don't have proper Customer Care.

First of all you have to wait for 15-30 minutes by holding your telephone and when it connects they just say we will forward the case. Actually customer care executives at 1800 are from private BPO where they don't have much knowledge. But, they are more polite than actual staff at BSNL offices.

Given the power I will just eliminate all the BSNL's staff and place some new energitic private staff and I am sure this will help both government and consumers. Government is paying salaries to this who always sleep at the offices or talk with female collegues. They Romance at their office, they talk about all dirty things but, do not have any interest on their works/duties.

NEVER take BSNL connection again in future

Broadband — After 15 minutes the net connection is disconnected automatically

The Modem light already OK. When connected the Broad Band after 15 min the net is disconnected automatically.

BSNL — Brodband disconnect frequently

I have a BSNL 750 + Home combo plan of BSNL. I am from Hyderabad. I am having problems related to the BSNL connectivity which is occurring frequently [after 2-3 minutes], which makes me unable to utilize the service. Apart from that, even if I raised a complaint, they didn't respond to it & made it close without confirming, consulting or even keeping me in knowledge.
Please have a strict action against them, as I suppose I am not the only one who is facing this problem.

The same from my side, I am now fed up from these BSNL animals.
A month back my connection got disconnected and then I launched one complaint, after few days I went to their office to inquire about the status & they told me that it's now solved.which was completely lie.
Anyways after my one month of struggle, somehow they rectified my problem.
Now I am getting new problem, my connection is getting disconnect after one minute every time.
I hate BSNL.
BSNL : BINA SATAYE NAHI LAGEGA
BSNL : BHAGWAN SE BHI NAHI LAGEGA

Please advice people to not go for BSNL.
yes my buddies itoo had d same problm with bsnl braod band..
its gettind disconnectd for evry 5 mintues .. and thts damn frustrating..

I am using BB 500c plan type 4 modem. But i have been continuously getting disconnected in each minute. So i couldn't downlo large files. I contacted with Exchange peoples and they came to my home. They fully checked and i replaced my phone with another according to their opinion. But now also the same problem occurs. Please consider my request.
I got the damn same problem too.I have got bsnl broadband connection of plan 750plus.It problem in their connection many times you seen your WLAN or DSL light is beep then brodband getting slow & then connection is disconnected.
I agree with fatima comment.
But you still join the BSNL brodband because this is so cheap than any other type of brodband.
only BSNL provide you unlimited net in 750 RS. In a hole month i download more than 60GB.
This is so cheap for me.
Also Ranjith R i suggest you check your main connection wire i thing it found in your BSNL main board.
Or complete on 198.
i got the damn internet connection from bsnl after taking much pain like for getting permission of the panchayath members and so.one member told me that i should pay a sum of 1000 at the local panchayath office.he also assured me that this money will be returned if the works on the road are patched by us.ok i thought and went to a lady member and told the issue she was so generous to help in all stuffs and i paid 1000rs in the office and waited for 10 days for getting the permission certificate(road crossing certificate).the bsnl guys started the wiring works in just two days from receiving the permission.the work lasted for 3 days and everything was all right.the connection was allright the speed was good the snr margin and attenuation levels were good amd i started downloading upto 35 gb in january only by using it a 15 days.every thing all right till in february 12'th i heard a rumbling noise outside my house one morning and noticed my net connection was disconnected as i was downloading that night.i stepped out of my house and saw a heavy digger at the spot where my telephone cable was put.the line was cut.they were building a small canal to reduse the water stagnation in our area, the road was digged in a straight line.i was generally pissed off.the same people who took 1000rs for permission had destroyed my cable.the panchayath had started the work. i called the office of bsnl and the line man came and solved the problem he repaired the cable.for two days it was ok.then the problem of frequent disconnection arose.the speed is low, the snr margin is wavering around 1 to 5.the atennuation levels are sky rocketting (52)

my problems are the following:
1.my telephone line was placed on the side and the road was not touches and why was road crossing certificate necessary.
2.the workers of panchayath frequently moving the unearthed cable and causing disconnections in my line.
3.they are really pissing me offffffffffff

BSNL — BSNL broadband DNA-a211-1

we have lodge the complain on 21.08.2010,complain number 307 against phone number[protected], the line is not working properly & same internet Brodband connection has fail due to setup box failure.

I too having the problem. My modem model is DNA-A211-I. While using internet the modem automatically switch off due to over heat of the adapter. I replaced the adapter and tried, no use. I am using this modem for more than 2 years. BSNL people are telling that I have to purchase new modem by spending more than 2000 rupees. They should replace the modem as its having common bug in it. BSNL — internet service are disconnect

my bsnl landline phone and internet sevices are disconnect since 3 month,so request u to start this services as early as possible.my phone no.[protected]
My telephone line is dead for past 20 days, these never respond to complaints. They don't feel obliged to tell a reason for the problem. I don't know why the [censored] we are paying bills and taxes. No Government takes us into consideration they think that we(tax payers) are beggars or deemed to pay for their day sleep. Never treat us like humans, this is a request we got used to being treated like filth. One day will come like every dog has a day I will also get a chance against you that day you govt servants who sleep lethargic over their duties will pay for it.
I sure will get a chance that day mark on your calender.
Reason for my aggression, my father called bsnl asking for the reason for this problem they simply cut the line say it will be like that. Our area line man never attends our issue because we did not give him proper bonus on deewali. You lazy dogs will pay for this.
sir iam one of the bsnl customer in tirupathi we are using bsnl land line for nearly 15 years iam started using bsnl broad band connection from past 4 months the internet was worked too good for 2 months after that the network connection started disconnecting from every 5 to 10 minutes automatically i gave complaint in bsnl office nearly 10 times but there is no use i also changed modems but no use they said check for any viruses i using original kaspersky and formatted several times but still disconnecting the working staff did nt have minimum knowledge about it actually i prefered bsnl because it is good net work but u people are not responding correctly so many of my friend also facing same net work disconnecting problem my no is [protected] i[censored] not rectify the problem we will disconnect bsnl so please help as soon as possible
