I am holding BSNL Postpaid Connection which I want to transfer under Number Portability to Idea. However after making excess payment the Idea authorities request getting rejected by BSNL. Moreover BSNL Customer care is helpless in this regard. Hence my problems needs to be resolved by the concern service provider.

      I have called at BSNL Toll free customer care no. 1503 and inquired about the BSNL 3G Plan. I have been informed about the plan of Rs. 101/- in which 300 MB are free for 30 days. I was further informed that if i have also activated 2g GPRS Plan, i will get 300 MB at 3G speed and thereafter i will be shifted to 2G Plan automatically. I was further informed that I just have to take care that i shall recharge 3g plan before 2g to avail first 300 MB as 3g service.

      Accordingly, I have done 3G recharge of Rs. 101/- to get 300 MB at 3G speed for 30 days and thereafter 2G recharge of Rs 98/- for 2 GB for 30 days. To my utter surprise, i did not got 3G speed for 3G recharge of Rs. 101/-. I am getting speed of 2G only for the recharge of 101/- of 300 MB.

      I again called at BSNL customer care no. 1503 and inquired and now i have been informed that I am not eligible to get 3G speed as i have done 2G recharge also.

      I have done both the recharge as told by BSNL customer care officer and i have been denied the 3G speed even for 300 MB in respect of which i m eligible. If after doing recharge of 2g, i will not be eligible for 3g service than BSNL Office has given faulty information to me resulting in loss of Rs. 101/- to me.

        We lodged a complain to the BSNL Customer Service Center (Bangalore) regarding the non working of our Broad Band connection a month back. In spite of continuous complain the problem is still not solved and the BSNL employees are not taking any initiative. Its been More than a month and a half and we haven't got any response from the company. If we call the customer service center, they promise to send the concerned person to the residence and fix the problem. But no one turns up to fix the problem.

          Sr., I have paid the broadband payment through and not received the Receipt for the same . I have paid the payment on 30-06-12and another payment on 30-07-12 for both the payment i have not received the receipt .I have to submit to my company for which they have claimed from my salary.

            My telephone number is [protected]. My telephone plan is one India and Broadband plan was 500C.

            First month broadband bill including telephone charges have come upto Rs 11605/ in which the broadband usage charges are Rs 6277.52/.

            I have taken the connection so as to restrict my bill not to exeed 500 for broadband, i doubt whether the bill has got some wrong values as my actual usage was not too much.

            The portal gives the details o[censored]sage which is correct accordign to the bill but this is a huge amount according to my capability.

            Myself a physically challenged person who is striving to live is in no way able to pay such a high bill but i have made the payment by some ways.

            I request you to please crossverify the bill and usage and if possible refund the amount which is excess.

              Its highly disappointing that every time I call at BSNL call center and visit at BSNL office regarding disconnected my land phone, that is dead last 2years, wear is broken, several time i am meet BSNL officers and requesting for my problem. But no body help me. They are charge rental every month. 2day this outstanding so high, it is not possible to me to pay BSNL. My details are given below.

                My BSNL broadband is not connecting from the last 15 days and also made several complaints to the toll free number 1500 and also to the Erragadda telephone exchange the line man came to house did some research and left the problem as it is without any follow up. This is disgusting i will be having lots o[censored]sage with my company and also i m paying amount which i m not using at all. The BSNL people are not technically sound all the remedies they suggest would just be something which they are not sure. Please solve the problem or else disconnect it.

                BSNL — broadband connection not working properly

                This is the complaint against bsnl broadband connection and the bsnl staff who r looking this in my area.I gave complaint to bsnl that my internet connection is not working properly.Acutally my modem is not getting dsl link it goes on blinking ( if that dsl link gets steady, without blinking then internet will work) with out getting that, using internet is not possible .
                My area line man name is mr.Yadayia. He is not responding correctly for the complaint.He use to say this problem is from exchange i can't do any thing.i asked him to give me the exchange number so that i can ask the exchange what is the problem, he never gave me the number, saying "i will do it sir".but till date it is not done . Iam paying 700 rs per month for this plan .From the last 1 month iam paying 700 rs to the bsnl in vain. I dont know weather my problem is going to be done or not.The last option for me is to disconnect my connection and go for other local private companies who r giving internet.
                So Iam asking the responsible person what i have to do, shall i go with my option thinking than my government bsnl is like that only .

                I am happy with the services that are provided by BSNL (Maninagar(E), Gujarat) and right now I am using the Home Combo plan which includes 1.5 G.B free & night unlimited. But my concern is that when I suscribed for this plan I was told that the speed which I will recieve will be from 256 kpbs to 2 Mbps. And several times I have noticed that my speed is below 256 kpbs. So I don't what should I do now? I am not getting what I was promised?

                I have telephone connection[protected] along with the broadband (Plan 750 ul combo ) is become out of service since from 11/12/10 . I have aready registered complaints many times in chandigarh office ( call 198) . but no action has been taken.

                i have a broadband connection that is not working properly, many a time compalint have been locked person come do some activity and it starts working and after few hours again its stop working.

                I am very disapponinted now as i heve submitte the bill for the whole month but the its not working for more than 72 hrs in all in a month. Pls try to fix the problem or else i've to see for some other ISP.

I have given many complaints on BSNL consumer care no. 1500 and 1503 but no permanent rectification has been done. They always do the temporary rectification due to which problem come again and again within 2-3 days. One of my complaint no at BSNL portal is [protected].                       SMS FACILITY IN MY MOBILE [protected] IS NOT WORKING. I had lodged complain for more than 20 times and as per instruction of customer care centre I change in settings but no improvement found. I changed the SIM card also and issued another SIM with same number from BSNL office.But, no improvement is observed. It is a postpaid mobile in the name Branch Manager State Bank Of India, Athgarh Branch.SMS facility is not working for last 3 years. Till my joining as Branch Manager, I am lodging complains and following up but no improvements are found.Service messages are coming but outgoing message is not at all working and SMS from any BSNL or from other network is not coming. Will you please look into the matter seriously.

                        BSNL Prepaid — Deactivate & refund my money

                        My BSNL Mobile No. [protected]. I wish to deactivate now the fraud SMS allot from 56505 . I had contact BSNL customer care service several times and proceeded accordingly, still I am getting the SMS Alerts from it and they are cutting my money (Rs. 5/ per month) without prior any permission from me. They are autometically renewing it months after months.SMS from 56505 are received regularly on my Mobile Phone No. [protected] whereas I have never opted/ activated for such service which is chargeable. What can I do to deactivate alerts from 56505 ? Kindly stop such bad practice and refund my money immediately. Otherwise I shall go to consumer forum to take legal action.

                        As i am an indian. BSNL involve in this type of rubbery case it is not a good sine for INDIA.which is a most prestigious organisation .

                        deductions made towards unwanted activations for providing news in my mobile. No deductions or activations should be made without written application.

                        Respected sir,
                        This is my second mail to you in a gap of 7 days and this itself reflects the importance, I hope.
                        Dear Sir
                        The BSNL number [protected] is of women power scheme and used by my wife. Please look in to the many comp[laints registered. We still recieve SMS stating the hot video package will be renewed and Rs. 30/- will be deducted. There are 3 types of such case and Rs. 90/- is deducted from account in a span of 30 days. I think no other information is required further to understand the case. We, genuinely feel that the complaints are not considered seriously because these were registered by women and BSNL taken it as granted and ignores.
                        Please note that we have never activated or requested for any such cases. So this unwanted money deduction may be stopped immediately or else we are moving ahead with the option for recovery procedures. Thanking you in the hope that an earlier action will be initiated by BSNL. Also please note that we were compelled to use this forum due to ineffective response from your staff.
                        Till this time, we were very hopeful of a response from the trusted BSNL , but the case has crossed all the limit now.
                        The landline telephone connection No.251258 having broad-band facility installed in my house is in out-of-order status from 20.10.15 and the same was intimated to Dhanpuri BSNL exchange. But till date no action has been taken in this regard. Further the line connection cable is also quite old and damaged which is having at-least 5-6 joints.

                        You are requested kindly arrange to rectify the above so that the landline telephone may remain in order and to avail broad-band facility.

                          My Telephone No. 26642901 is not working since last month I booked complaint on 198 on automated complaint booking no. of BSNL. I have made more than 10 complaint but on inquiry about the status of the complaint every otherday I found that it is solved but in more than 30 days my Phone has not worked for asingle minute then how they show my each complaint as solved on the next day Nobody from BSNL even contacted me I have also complaint to SDOP whose no. was getting constantly no reply and once I got it he hurriedly replied that he will look in to and disconnected. There is no doubt that they arer showing each complaint solved without attending the same on every next day. BSNL ask their employee to get signature of the client when complaint is solved or they should consult the client on phone to know whether the complaiun is solved or not Otherwise BSNL will lose its customer and run into huge loses which will be compensated by public money.

                          BSNL Ahmedabad — PHONE NOT CHANGE SINCE 1 YEAR

                          I am using land line no.25453970 since last 10 yrs. Last year I changed my plan for yearly charges of Rs.1200/- and as per plan new instrument with caller id was to be installed. Till today there is no response for replacement. Also there is no proper response to other complaints such as phone not working, disturbance during calls ets.

                          We gave the complaint to check the line and change the phone. It was replied that there is no stock!!!!! "NO STOCK SINCE 1 YEAR"!!!!!!!!!

                          What to do for this, please help us.

                            I am to inform you that you have charged under the head one time charges in the above telephone bills subsequently for 3 months on the above telephone bills from May, June & July, 2012 for Rs.300/-, 800/- & 100/- respectively. The details are as under:
                            Bill No.[protected] One time charge – Rs.300/-
                            [protected] -do- - Rs.800/-
                            [protected] -do- – Rs.100/-
                            For the last 3 month, I observe that in some pretext or other, inexplicable extra amount is being applied in monthly bill. I am also not clear about your account level adjustment for Rs. (-) 337.08 in bill dated 09/07/2012. I could not able to understand the reason for charging such inexplicable amount without any notice / prior intimation.
                            I, therefore, request you to kindly refund me these charges and provide me urgently the details and reasons for making such charges without any previous information/notice to us. About a month back, on enquiry, the attendant of your office could not explain any reasons for such charges of Rs.800/-. Please refund me these charges immediately.

                              My Phone no.[protected] at residence in Ranchi, was installed just for the broadband purpose under Sulabh Plan of BSNL, wherein, Incoming allowed and outgoing is not availed, as there was no use of calling from landline, due to almost every family member possessing own mobile phone. I applied for broadband on 18th July2011, and now the issue has crossed a complete year, and no one is there in BSNL Ranchi, even after numerous complaints made in person and in written, from the SDE to GM. Although, finally when met the GM Telecom Distt.Ranchi, the DGM was ordered in a meeting with all the senior authorities, like the PRO, DE, SDE, and was assured that it will be resolved, however, it seems that there is no value of a customer's time, and especially, he himself, in person, goes for complaint starting right from 27July2011 for delay in installation, and once the technician told that he has installed the broadband at my home, (IN MY ABSENCE WHO CAME WITHOUT PRIOR APPOINTMENT, IGNORING THE NEED OF THE PERSON TO USE THE INTERNET OR A COMPUTER LITERATE PERSON, IF BE PRESENT OR NOT, SHOWING THE LEVEL OF SERVICE WHEN OTHER GOOD SERVICE PROVIDERS HAVE STARTED GIVING COMPETITION IN THE MARKET) then started complaints for no access of internet, also, afterwards, I spent money on formatting my PC, thinking my PC should not be in order, but in vain, my PC was fine, but the problem was there from the Exchange or anywhere else, away from my home, even after my modem was checked by the technician to be okay, and the last complaint made on 14th June, at the level of DGM, in a government undertaking like BSNL, who too had given me assurances three times, as several times, his subordinate to handle went away for leaves, knowingly, that there is an urgent matter to resolve. I had also been guided once to wait for the forthcoming LokAdalat at the Civil Court, but there also, it was told that the matter pertains to some other technical department, and the people holding the adalat could not reach the concerned for the resolution of the issue pending for so long, when a customer has walked upto the so called Adalat. I was again called for so many appointments, and I had to go leaving my works and running from 1 floor to another floor in the 5-6storeyed building, from PRO to DE, and from DE to DGM and from DGM to GM, who most of the time, was reported by their PAs to be in long meeting, even after requesting the PA's to send an information to the officials that a person who was called, has come, leaving his own day schedule/works, but every time, I felt that I had wasted 2-4 hours whenever i went to BSNL Ranchi office. I did not get a single month satisfactory service, and fraud information was updated from the field technical boy to his respective boss, (the concerned department's SDE, who looks after installations of connections), which I came to know, in one of the meetings with the concerned SDE, when he showed me his diary enthusiastically, that on the particular date of installation, the report was conveyed 'OK' from the technician. And, that too, they have continuously billed for BROADBAND RENTAL along with PHONE RENTAL, and it is very clear that I was neither able to use my broadband nor there was any outgoing call allowed and the Aug, 2011 bill, including broadband rental of Rs. 250, was Rs. 368.48, which was raised to Rs. 3157.00 in March, 2012 billing. How, many times should I have required to report in person and in written, that I am being billed for no access of broadband. Has the BSNL none to listen to an enormously aggrieved customer. I had lost preparation o[censored]PSC one complete year of 2011 to 2012, depending on the appointments and assurances of BSNL ranchi officials. Then, what they wanted to prove from then, was i a fool, to run complaining that I am unable to access the BSNL broadband, just after the day it was said to be installed in my absence? Was I crazy to spend time running from one floor to another floor, spending around 4 hours whenever I went to BSNL office running after the assurances of the officers? I have got tremendous harrassment which can very well be understood by anyone. In may latest letter, I did write a line to the DGM, that as I was no more able to go and meet, as I had also lost my job, due to irregularities, my economies have totally crashed, and hit badly on my studies and aspirations of learning and making me mentally harassed to a considerabe extent, and I wanted to get compensations at least by getting my bills ZEROED and reinstate my broadband free of charge within the last day of June, 2012, but till today, 13th Aug, 2012, there could be very easily discovered the inaction, as there is none to listen to my grief. I hereby, have last hope and resort and request the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum earnestly to support at the earliest by resolving, and my moral from falling to the lowest ebb, tremendously affecting me mentally. I would definitely ask for 2 lakhs from BSNL to compensate for my mental harassment and my time, work and chances and the moral lost. --Ashish Kumar Verma. Ph : [protected]

                                I'm feeling very sorry for wring this about BSNL, which is supposed to be the best prepaid mobile service provider in country,

                                My prepaid number is [protected], & was debited on 9th July this year with Rs. 15/- for cricket service, the service for which I never requested.
                                I got an SMS from 55888015 mentioned ''Rs. 15 charged. Thanx for using our cricket service & ur service has been renewed"


                                I made the complain for the same & I was given a Docket number as G09OR301395 on 9th july & they assured me to solve the problem within 2
                                days & promised me to refund the debited amount...


                                The problem remained unsolved & I got another SMS from 55888015 Again & Rs. 15/- was charged for chat messenger service on same day.

                                Again complaint was made & they told me to stay calm for 2 days & refuse to give me another Docket number same day...

                                Again, Rs.15/- was charged for chat messenger service on 20th july, & I got a new Docket number G20OR300917 on 20th july...


                                I stayed quite for next 8 days, as i didn't got any positive response form the customer care, I had a chat with the customer care representative later on our dealer helpline number 1507, I was told that service has been deactivated but the amount once deducted can't be refunded.


                                When I asked the reason to the customer care, they replied me that they can't do anything.

                                Does it mean that my money was wasted ?

                                Does it mean that customer care isn't reliable ?

                                Why the said service was activated on my number [protected], & who is responsible for my wasted money.

                                Even after 60 days, I'm still waiting for a response, though, I was given assurance that within 2 days my problem will be solved.

                                This is simply ridiculous, why I should be paying for what I didn't asked for ?

                                This is a request to you to look in to the matter & refund my Rs. 45/- that is being debited in a cheated manner.

                                BSNL — Activation of VAS automatically and charging money

                                Automatically GITA service is activated for my mobile ..and charged RS.30...

                                but customer care officers are not responding properly...

                                it happens Twice before ..

                                but no refund...

                                BSNL mobile service — ACTIVATION OF UNWANTED SERVICE AGAIN AND AGAIN

                                My mobile no. is [protected] provider bsnl which always activate any service without information and amount deducted. I complaint so many time to customer care but no action taken so far. The service of bsnl is very poor. i have changed a my own no. from bsnl to uninor due to not satisfaction of service.

                                Same has happened with me, the customer care people are saying that no amount will be debited without your consent however I had never activated or consented for any such service. Furthermore, the customer care is replying that these value added packs are not services of BSNL, such a big cheaters, when the messages received are from BSNL then how can the service be not from BSNL. Rs. 100 has been wasted from my recharges time and again by these unwarranted and non-sense activations.

                                I will change my sim if this continues. Worst case ever seen till date from BSNL.

                                      The above BSNL landline is among the oldest connection in Sriniketan area. Unfortunatly, for the last one year we are suffering very very poor service from the operator. The said connection remains out of order most of the time. After regorous follow up they comes after a month to repair the same that too temporary basis. We tired of this situation.

                                      BSNL — Faulty BSNL Landline line

                                      I WANT TO TAKE A BROADBAND CONNECTION.I CHECKED WITH THE NEAREST BSNL CENTER. AFTER CHECKING THEY SAID THE BSNL LINE IS FAULTY, SO CANT GIVE THE CONNECTION AND ALSO THEY SAID THEY HAVE TO CHECK WHETHER THEY HAVE PROVIDED SUCH A CONNECTION IN THAT BUILDING AND HAVE TO CONTACT SENIOR PERSON IN BSNL.
