[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — IMPROPER INTERNET CONNECTIVITY

I am Sandeep Kumar K, using the BSNL Broadband service in Lalkuan, Nanital district, Utharakhand for the last one month with my telephone number [protected].
From the day I had started using my Interet a month before, I'm facing the problem of getting disconnected the internet just after 5:40 PM everyday.
I have been complained many times about this problem to the BSNL employees at Lalkuan. But still I'm facing the same problem with my Broadband connection.
I have taken the plan o[censored]nlimited Internet usage which rentals Rs. 750/- per month, but i hardly utilized my plan due to the above reason.
Since I'm a working professional, I can't stay in my house all the day for using the internet, But when I return from my work, i never get connected to the internet due to this problem.
though I have registered complaint in the local telephone exchange, the problem has not been solved.
And I didn't even get a prompt response from the BSNL personnel at this location.

Please see that the Internet connectivity problem with my number be solved as soon as possible.

BSNL Broadband — improper working of broadband

my broadband connection has been issued on 21dec..2007...
till date it didnt work properly atleast 4 one day...
more over excessive bill has been imposed on us...
none is responding...
i think al the concern officers r sleeping...
i have been paying since 8 months...
...since a month my connection is not working at alll...

we r using broadband since last year. WE have some problems
1. Very irrugular connectivity
2. very bad service_____ All the wires are open near the pc
3. Modem gets off autometecally after few mins
4. some gentic problem occurs after every few mins and broadband gets off

BSNL Broadband Internet — improper internet facilities

Dear Sir,
Am pramod patil, i have applied for broad band connection in the month of may 2008...Two line man from BSNL have came to our house and gave the landline connection and they ask for 100 RS commission when we rejected to give 100 RS they told we have to give 100 RS or else we will be facing the service problem.From the last four months we are regularly facing the internet problems.we are paying 750Rs per month for home plan and there will be no internet every weekends and during holidays...last satarday the land line was not working and we informed to[protected] and 1500 they told they will be attending to it...and again in the evening we gave ring they told we can't do anything it will be ok on thursday after deepavali festival...when i will try to call area manager, he will not pick up the customer call or he will keep switch of the phone...if we tell this to customer service centre 1500 or[protected] they will tell we are not responsible to it and you can contact higher authorities...when two line man came to our house we have given filled internet application along with address proof, they told they will submit the application form to the office and you will get the internet connection within one or two weeks...but we waited for one month for internet connection but we didnt get and we went to BSNL office to ask the problem, they told your OB has not yet issued because we didnt give the internet application from and address proof...and i told i have submitted it to the line man..but they told line man has not submitted it to office...when i contacted line man he told he has lost it..and i have informed this to area manager he told to give another application form and he didnt took any action on this matter...he is doing much careless so i request you to take some action...i think our line will be disconnected during holidays by the two line man and if it continues this i dont need your services so please take some serious action with this regards...or if you are also unable to take some action, please inform us we will apply for other services..we are thinking that BSNL is the most fastest and friendly customer services...but i think its not true..

BSNL/Broadband — 691 error from last 40 days

I have complained for 691 error for last 45days but its not still verified i have complained to haveri broadband office but no use they tell that we have sent mail to bangalore and ur password will be refresh but not until this time my problem is not solved.

BSNL — improper usage details

on 22nd april i have not used the broadband service but simply they have charged 200mb o[censored]sage... so i request u to check out my usage details once again and please put correct usage details...

Hi,

I am facing broadband issues since last 6 months and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service BSNL is offering me, I had filed a compliant numerous time and the thing I get is only apology, no one is willing to take action. I feel that I will have to bribe them so that they can do theri work for my benefit. They are not helping me because they know that no one is able to question them about their work.

Please help me to get my internet broadband connection faster and better, thats all, I hope my connection remains in tact this time while writing you this message.

bsnl will internet — improper response from bsnl

Its regret at high dense to quote the following

i have applied for a will internet connection 7 months back at bsnl office perumanallur , tirupur. after paying required fees and caution deposit for the same. for calling and all i use my mobile only and i have applied for this connection just for the internet purpose only.

i got the landline connection and for internet connection i was told to wait for sumtime, i waited and waited and i contacted the bsnl office several times but no response was ther from their part and after so many days one executive had cum to me for installing the internet software in the system and i was told dat its not possible to give the connection and wen i asked d reason for that he told he has not given connection in windows vista software as of that date and i was told that he ll get back to me as soon as possible by confirmig weter he can give the connection or not.

i didnt get any reponse and i contacted the bsnl office several times and also i contacted the bsnl customer care and also lodged one complaint in this regard in internet also, bt i didnt get any reply til now. this continued for almost 5 months and in the sixth month i got a call from the bsnl office stating dat my telephone bill has cum to rs. 2377 and i have to pay for that failing wich i ll forced to face the court order and all.

But i didnt get the internet connection and also i didnt recieve the bill for 5 months too. i was in an embarassing situation hearing all this. neither i got the connection nor bill and i was told to pay the amount and wen i enquired regarding this to the ADE at BSNL Tirupur I was told that i ll get the bill if i go the bsnl office near railway station which is almost three kms from here. just to collect the bill i was told to go here and there.

and wen i told all this matter to the division engineer at Tirupur i was given the bill there itself and i paid the entire amount pertaining to that bill after adjutsting the caution deposit and being the cash had already been closed i handed over the money to the division engineer itself and i was asked to bring the instrument ( bsnl landline) to my office so that they can collect it from there as the bsnl office is near to my office , i had done dis too. and also i was told to wait for sum time till the adjustment of the bill. after 2 week i didnt get the surrender certificate and all and i contacted this particular divisional engineer and there i was shocked to hear dat i have to pay another amount to close dat connection. and wen i enquired y all dis is happeing and y not i was told at the time of closing the connection dat dis much amount may cum in future to close the connection and before i complete my talk the phone was disconnnected ( without hearing my words in full the phone was disconnected).
i tried to call the same DE after dat also but i all times i got the same reply dat she is not ther in the office.

BSNL Broadband — improper network

I am using BSNL broadband connection with unlimited usage structure.The net service is improper cant able to access facebook and always there is problem in the server cant able to have a continues network.

Internet — improper connection

siri their is regular distraction in my broad band conection.i made complaint in indore office but no step are taken yet ,sir your customer is suffering due to highly irresopsible behabiov of indore centerplz kindly solve my problem.
