my land line phone no. [protected] is dead from 10/07/2012 so my broadband is also not working please repair it as soon as posible
Dear Sirs,

I have tel.no.[protected], but last one month this tel. is not working. I have given complaint to BSNL totall four times and every alternate day i called to their Officer Mr. Randhir but he said it will take one month time and his senior Mr. Kapre is not taken his phone.

When i told them my tel. has cross line mr. randhir said i will send to somebody for solving this problem. but till today nobody is taking my complaint.

You are requested to see this matter at the earliest. Same problem i hv. faced in July 08 to Aug.08 after 15 days this problem has created.

My telephone no.[protected] generally get out of order once or twice within a week. When I complain to the concerned personnel to repair the same, they replied very harshly that they have more important task to do and it may take a few weeks or a month. There attitude and response is also unacceptable. We always pay our bills regularly without any delay. It not understood that why they are not providing quality services.

(1) my telephone no.is247501 which is out of order from 1/6/2009.
i have walked s many time in telephone exchenge, nobody is satisfy to me, i have comlaint in excheng as welln as GM also .but anybody is not taking any action.
(2) mytelephone was out of order from 15/4/2009 to 18/5/2009.bcoz there was working of street construction.i have given the aplication to SDM for free the rent out of order period ut is no taking any type of action.

from past two months their is no proper response regarding the issue on behalf my dead telephone. actually the problem start from the wiring of line, their is no proper system regarding the wiring box, usually the wire is on the air it get damage thourgh birds, rain, or any type of animal, or some times some of people just doing masty regarding the cutting the wire... so we are suffering the problem from past days... so pls take immediate course of action and also maintain a proper new box system...

    When I read this message I unsubscribed by sending message unsubvideobar to 55678 at 9:20pm on 11/07/2012.

      Sir,
      I have bsnl landline in my apartment[protected] at G-7, block D, inland everglade apartment, dasarahalli main road, hebbal - kempapura, bangalore. I have lodged a complaint through '198' regarding noisy phone. i can not hear properly the voice of the caller as lot of noise are received through the said line. I used to check the status of the said complaint through same 198 service. for about 4-5 days i was able to hear 'my complaint is under process'. after that i have to register my complaint again. this process is being repeated till date. so far no body from the concerned telephone exchange has come to the apartment to enquire about the complaint. two days back, i have visited the telephone exchange near coffee board layout and met an officer attending to it. he has informed me that to atttend a complaint, we need not come to your house. when i told him to check my complaint, he immediately made a call to the said telephone number, and informed me that there is not much noise. then i told him, if you sent one officer to my home and receive a call, he will come to know about the complaint. but even till date, no body has attended to my complaint. I am only doing re-registration of my complaint. I request the responsible officer to look into the complaint immediately.

      You Telecom India — Non-Attendance of complaint

      I have lodged the complaint on 6th March 2008 i.e. on the 2nd day of the problem. the problem is no connection. The complaint no. is[protected]. Till now 12.55PM Saturday the 8th March, none of the engineers attended. You can not complain again as earlier is pending. You Telecom Pune office do not attend the calls neither the engineer Mr. Bhagwat who is assigned to attend it. Thier surat office presumable H.O. in India do not attend the call and you have to hear the music till you drom the handset.

      GREAT COMPANY WITH VALUES AND MISSION STATEMENTS MENTIONED ON WEBSITE. SEEMS TO BE THE GUIDELINE FOR THEIR STAFF WHAT SHOULD NOT BE DONE, ELSE THEY WILL BE PENELISED.

        I have BSNL broadband conection for 5-6 months, however despite paying all my dues ontime my internet connection is not running for last more than one month.

        I tried following measures.

        1. Lodged online complaints- No response and complaint status changed to resolved, without taking any action.
        2. Tried on toll free no. [protected], but nobody is available to lift the call
        3. Sent email complaint to [protected]@gmail.com- CAO (TR), [protected]@bsnl.co.in- AGM(CFA), [protected]@bsnl.co.in- DGM(CFA), but no response so far for last one month.

        Following are the online compaint nos which are changed to RESOLVED STATUS without any action.

        BSNL Broadband — More than 10 deficiencies including Disconnection of Service

        Already judgement delivered by District Forum. But, justce is not upto my stisfaction. I have requested for Rs. 35000/- as compensation towards my suffereing. But the Forum has not considered. Awarded only Rs. 10500/- as penalty.

        Please guide me at this juncture.

        I am facing frequent disconnection for over a month now, tried everything I could, but to no avail.

        BSNL — Net disconnection for over a month

        I have experienced net disconnection for over a month in april-may 2009. I have already paid the amount for one year. Yet service is not proper. I hence want a refund for amount for this inconvenience.
        always and frequently disconnecting .i had complained to customer care more than 10 times but no response from customer care so pls take necessary action
        You have go to office and yell at them!

        Well this is india they don't respond to soft talks.
        I just hate bsnl broadband connection. There is no responsible technicians. How can we trust our public services. I gave them complaint continuously no one bothered just disconnecting my call. Really disappointed...
        Very very very worst experience with BSNL, Two weeks before i applied for 249 connection and accept the application with frustrated mind (Staff at BSNL exchange back side government hospital and the helper got bribe of 300 and Dlink Modem Commission amount of 500, But still they have no given the connection, I am very clear this BSNL will come up until their employees start working .. please really speaking never ever go for BSNL ..

          We are suffering without bill payment from last 3-4 month's,our cust ID no-[protected],a/c no is [protected],we having a BSNL office at golmaidan Ulahasnagar-3..meanwhile we are going there to ask about all this kind of mistakes than they refuse for handling any kind of complain, BSNL officer's replying us that; ager bill nahi aata hai to aap kud aajaya kero yaha per, bill to barna hi hai na phir bill aaye na aaye kya fark padta hai iss se: As per these kind of statement customer should have to responsible to do our job as well as their job, means they don't need bill amount it's govt liability or govt money. they are not loosing any thing, but in this kind of situation customer suffer by paying penalty, why should i bear this burden on our head without any mistake,due to these reasons like lack of customer service many more people change their land-line with any other preferable product. kindly sort out this kind of in-convenient, do the needfully as soon as possible...thanking you...

            I Mrs. Aleyamma Abraham W/o Late Abraham Koshy , Residing at Pathanamthitta district Athikkayam Telephone exchange area.
            Lat 15 years years I am a customer of this BSNL,. My Telephone Number is[protected], Last 2 years I am fedup with this connection. I am staying alone in my house. My childrens are living out of country. My telephone not working last two months and the same time my childrens calling from outside then some times somebody attending the phone and rejecting the call, in this matter I have a strong doubt which my telephone is using somebody with the support of BSNL staff.
            Lot of time I complained in Athikkayam exchange, Ranny , Pathanamthitta Office and Thiruvalla GM office, Still they didnot attend and solved my problem,

            So please look in to this matter and do the needfull action as early as possible.

              I was residing in C-145, P-3, Greater Noida. I had taken a bsnl broadband of phone no.[protected] and an account number of [protected].
              But after completing my education I had submitted all the bill and gave a disconnection application after which SDO had said that you will not recieve BSNL bill anymore. But at[protected] I had recieved a SMS from Bsnl that my account has been billed with rupees 815. So I request you to please make some inquiry against BSNL.

                I have taken new connection of bsnl landline by depositing 500rs on 22/6/2012,and got it installed on 28/6/2012.I have opted for bsnl brodband unlimited plan(of 625rs), my father has govt. job so we were told that the plan will cost us 500rs per month,we had submitted all legal documents that declares his govt. job.
                On 10/7/2012 he got following message from bsnl"DEAR SUBHASHBHAI BRAHMBHATT,your bsnl account [protected] has billed with rs.1671.62 on 1/7/2012 and the due date is 31/7/2012".sir,what kind of billing practice is this?Give me details of how it was charged? if by mistake it is send then pls correcct it,and see to the employees by whom this has occured.

                I moved to Nagpur in March 2009 and subsequently got a new BSNL landline with phone number[protected]. My first bill was for Rs 746.00 which included mainly the installation charges and it was paid up immediately.

                I received my second bill on 21/5/2009 with following details -

                Bill No. : T[protected]Y
                Period: 1/4/2009 to 30/4/2009
                Opening meter reading: 0
                Closing meter reading: 28804
                Free cals: 50
                Net chargeable calls: 28754
                Amount payable: Rs. 32081.00

                This is a residential line and to best of my knowledge we have not made more than 50 calls during the whole month. There is obviously some error in metering/billing but after browsing the entire BSNL site and calling a few customer care numbers I have failed to get any information or even talk to any person because the lines are always busy. I have no option but to go to the BSNL office in person and enquire about the issue.

                I went to the VRCE, Nagpur exchage and the staf[censored]nder Mr. Sute was prompt and helpful. They identified that the opening reading of '0' was incorrect and that it would be corrected. They asked me to collect the corrected bill tomorrow from Khamla exchange.

                bsnl b fone — Excess bill charged

                Refer your bill No.[protected]/10.07.09 where in the bill amount is Rs.1594/= which is an excess amount. The tarif plan is Rs.750/-month. During June I have used the phone only for Rs.15/= Then why Rs.1594/= should reflect in the bill.? The phone was installed on 21.05.09. My phone No. is 26582357. The bill amount ought to be only Rs.15+Rs750+ service tax. Is not it ? Please clarify my querry on war footing. Please let me know why this discrepancy has come.? Your immediate reply is highly appreciated.

                BSNL — Excess charge for per second billing plan

                I opted for per second billing plan on 22.11.10 for my mobile no.[protected]. However my account was debited with Rs,69 instead of Rs.49. The correct charges for this plan are Rs.49. Please refund the excess charges applied for this plan.
                I applied a phone and connected (221028) at 25 5.12 . Actually I have already a phone 221884 not in my name, they using the 221884 line for new 221028 only the exchange adjustment, no one come to my home and ensure the phone working.The 221884 was already dead because the cable flat.So the new221028 also in dead on the time . I have a modem (221884) in use before, I pare this dated 1/6/12 to 221028. I get both in working dated 26/6/12. My complaint in 1500 dtd 1/6/12 no.[protected] and dtd .25/6/12.no.[protected]. But BSNL charged phone dated 25/5/12and broadband dtd 1/6/12 to 30/6/12 and billed .I applied for reduce my bill UN usage charges promptly

                sir,
                I have taken new connection of bsnl landline by depositing 500rs+bb600rs on 16/7/2012, and got it land line installed on 21/7/2012.BB got it 01/08/2012. I have opted for bsnl brodband plan(of 600rs), I am govt govt. job so we were told that the plan will cost us 500rs per month, we had submitted all legal documents that declares his govt. job.
                my LL no is[protected], your bsnl account [protected] has billed with rs.469.00 on 21/7/2012 to31/07/2012 i am usage land line only.".sir, what kind of billing practice is this?Give me details of how it was charged? if by mistake it is send then pls correcct it, and see to the employees by whom this has occured.

                  i m suffring from many types of service massages.there are lot of chalisa packs in this service which are automaticaly activate after every ten days on my no.that is { [protected]}, this is not a good service for costumers.After calling at ur c.care no.they suggest to activate DND srevice.but problem is this,after activating this service i will can't receive any type of other msg .so pls suggest me what should i do in this problem.

                    Today I have received a message, in my mobile no[protected] , which reads as follows -
                    Text of the message - " Rs. 15 Charged. Thank u for using Love Tips for Girls Service. Your service have been renewed.
                    Date & Time - 10/07/2012 & 15:54:16
                    Sender[protected]
                    Basic mob no - BSNL provided[protected]
                    My comments - I have neither placed my requisition for the said service nor I gave my consent. Rather I have sent my refusal and asked to discontinue the said service earlier, in many occasions. Such unwanted services are not only disturbing but also unwanted & cost embedded.
                    May I request Honorable TRAI authority to take necessary remedial measures on this score, so that such unnecessary mails do not enter my handset further.
                    I have another mobile connection no [protected], provided by VODAFONE and I want similar actions in this number also.

                      My BSNL mobile no is[protected].
                      I have been charged rupees 7 per week for Shayari SMS from 5959507 which i have never been activated .
                      I have lodge a complain for it to customer services on 11th June 2012 (Complain No:811VR[protected], the services never been stopped. Again i lodged a complain for it on 04th July 2012 (Complain No:g[protected].
                      The c.care has assured me this service would be deactivated .

                      But on 8th July 2012 i got a massage form 5959507 that Rs.7 charged.
                      Thank u for using Shayari services Your services have been renewed.

                      So i request u sir plz do something to stop this unwanted Shayari SMS.

                        Dear Sir/madam

                        I am not able to unsubscribe from the bsnl mobile radio service. Can you please help me to unsubscribe from this service. I have been charged 25Rs/month for the last few months, I have never used this service. When I tried calling the number 1255530 to unsubscribe, I was never given the option for that .
                        This service was enabled for me when I got a usual IVR call and when I cancelled the call I got a message saying 'thank you for subscribing bsnl mobile radio'.
                        Please help me to de-activate this service

                          I am living in RNS shanthi niwas , i am forced to use BSNL connection if i want intercom within the apartment.
                          My land line number 23743223, is dead since last one and a half month.
                          I have been complaining, but there is no response.
                          My complaint number [protected] , was registered on the 6th june.And was attended to on the 28th of june.
                          There after my land line was in working condition for 3 days . But my internet was still not working.
                          after 3 days my phone is dead again , and now the bsnl automatic complaint registering machine is not registering my complaint.
                          it says the complaint is being processed.
                          We have a BSNL guy coming in our apartment says he will only attend to my complaint if it is registered.

                          I don't know what to do

                            I am existing BSNL customer my number is[protected],

                            I am facing problem with the BSNL internet connection as it's getting disconnected frequently. The technical department doesn't know what the problem is because they don't want to know. No one is ready to resolve the problem. They sit in their office and say everything is fine and they close the call, every do i will raise the complaint and they will close the call, but nothing really works.

                            BSNL Bangalore — Poor service!

                            Dear BSNL,

                            We are complaining about BSNL broadband is very slow since 1week but no body is properly responding or coming for inspection .

                            We are intracting with Mr.Nagaraj[protected] and Mr.Lokesh 20124083 for this matter .

                            We have 512 KB but it work like 56 KB which creates so many problems to us .

                            Our Land line no is[protected] connected to Broad band.

                            please send your Persons to rectify this problem ASAP.

                            BSNL Bangalore — Poor Service

                            Extremely disappointed with BSNL's service or rather the lack of it. I applied for a new connection more than 4 months back, but BSNL is just too lazy to provide me the same. They took the advance money on the first day, but look now! For last 4 months I have been getting the same response whenever I call them or visit their office, "You'll get the connection in 2 weeks Sir"!

                            my self kumaraswamy and the telephone no is[protected], the telephone line is not good the phone is dead 4 to 6 months one's and it is repeating complaint you can check my lodging complaints from past two years and i given writen complaint to koramangala telephone exchange and i have acknowledgement for that but no use it is repeated again at present my phone not working pl do need full

                              This is to bring to your notice that in nalasopara vasai and virar we never get internet on every saturday and sundays saying that media fail reason.sometimes fibur cut issues.its now very pathatic i have taken 900. combo plan for unlimted usage but there is no use.

                              please do something to this bsnl internet services and please let us know why we are not getting internet every saturday and sunday is there any hidden thing is going on

                              please do the needful i am writiing this complient bhalf of all vasai virar and nalasopara users

                                Saturday I visited BSNL office at Kalyan (West) since for 15 days my dial internet connection is not working. Userid & password given by you with which I could operate internet on Saturday & Sunday morning. But, suggenly when I was on internet connection on Sunday morning, the same was disconnected & now I am not able to get through the same. Error 691 again started appearing.

                                Please help me.

                                Internet Connection — Dial up

                                It is realy bringing shame to say i m a proud customer of BSNL.After a long wait the respected technicians had a visit to our home to find out why the dial up is so slow. To our surprise they did not have anything to say or to rectify.But we overheard that the cable is to be changed.About one month we have been complaining to the concerned exchange(Cheruvakkal, kollam), neither they oblige to give a complaint no nor any answer how to go about it.I being an NRI it difficult to keep in touch with my loved ones. I dont have to write anything about the importance of communication these days.Also we have applied for the Broad band connection.Dont know when we can get some good news about it.Hope your esteemed organisation will take all possible steps to rectify the fault immediately

                                  I had applied for BSNL broad band connection. BSNL representative Mohan came and sold me router, he informed me that connection will be given within two weeks. He gave his mobile number and his Boss mobile number. Now it is more than 45 days, still there is no connection. I am not sure whom to contact because both Mohan and his boss does not respond to my phone calls.

                                  Please expedite the process and let me know whom to contact.

                                  I'm having BSNL Broadband Connection at my home. However the speed is very good but for Last few days i've observed it is not connecting with server hence i'm not able to avail internet facility now a days. apart from this there is no any concerned email to make complaint as i'm not having outgoing facility on my landline phone connection.
                                  The time has come, that BSNL should take stand to facilitate and improve their Customer service Network. Moreever There is no any section which clearly indicates the internet uses charges.and the amount is shown in debits.
                                  it is clear that BSNL is not updating itself to Standards
