[Resolved] BSNL Broadband — no broadband speed | |||
I am using BSNL broadband plan-BB Home UL 499-about 7 months.At the initiative stage the plan had given speed about 256 kbps.But after few months the speed decreased.Now i have only getting very less speed.It also take more time to enter in to a website than earlier.And also the downloading speed is very less now.It take a lot of time to download even a small song.Please solve my complaint as soon. My landline number is[protected]. For the last ten days which is in dead condition. I have given complaint directly went to the Ayavana Telephone Exchange . And also enquired twice and no proper reply has been recieived and the complaint has not been rectified so far.
Kindly intervene to rectify the complaint. My Mobile No is [protected].

From last 30 days, telephone is dead.I have complained throughfault reporting. I would like to report a complaint of Ayavana exchange nearby Muvattupuzha.
There was no response.
we given complained him for the dead telephone. but no staff of bsnl has yet come to rectify the problem.
This is a pathetic condition of bsnl services in this competitive time.
If still my complaint is not sorted out,
I am planning to dis-connect my telephone.myfather continuously complaining but still there is no action against this case,
please do the needful
