We have been complaining about broadband not working from our Bsnl landline, but whenever we try to call the toll-free number to lodge a complaint there is no response. our phone no[protected]
The internet connection is not available since last 7 months. I request the concerned person to come & inspect.

BSNL Broadband — no internet connection from past 4 days

My broad band is not working from past 4 days.I had lodged a complaint 3 days back and still no action has been taken.My complaint number is 6830 (my telephone number is[protected]).when I call on the numbers 2522400 and 2422600, no one answers.Two days back I was told there is a cable defect and the net would be started b y evening.but its more than 24 hours...when I called on customer care number -1500, I was given Mr .verma"s number[protected] but he too did not answer.I am really very unhappy, disappointed and frustated with the services.what should I do??I am facing this problem from the last 3 months.kindly help!!

Dear Sir,
I have applied for broadband internet connection online for domestic use by filling all required details through the official website of BSNL. I was provided with service request no.[protected] more than one month back. But I was not contacted even once till now. I really need the connection urgently and have no other option as private companies still don't provide broadband connection here.

I live in Dombivli and using BSNL Broadband
I have also applied for broadband internet connection online for domestic use by filling all required details through customer care 1500 of BSNL. I was provided with service request . But I was not contacted even once till now. Also now they send me SMS that my BSNL free usage reach to 50%.
