BSNL Broadband — Regarding new BSNL broadband connection | |||
HI, I have applied broadband connection in last 2 month ago for this number- [protected], so that bsnl employee came for Checking link status but for distance or other reason being the link has not stable so that disconnect my broadband connection in first day. But today when i received landline bill then i'm surprise coz in bill also mansion the 2 month broadband charge whose i'm not use little bit. So when i call to nearest exchange so he said to me that are government police when you applied once in then you should be paid full bill. I am very unhappy for BSNL services, If not return or adjustment my bill i will go to consumer forum or other customer support forum. BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE — regarding broadband connectivity
i had applied for broabband connection on 2nd june.my landline phone no. is [protected]. i got the modem on 5th june. but my internet connection is not working till now. i have personally informed about my problem to my nearest phone exchange. but no one listen to me properly. everytime they told me that ur service will be working shortly. but no approprite action has been taken till now. even i have called to customer care no. at 1957. they also told me to bring to the notice of nearest exchange ofificials. but i m fed up from their excuses.so it is my humbel request to broadband complaint incharge to solve my problem...
