[Resolved] BSNL — bad service and behaviour by staff | |
Our number[protected] is having frequent problem in broadband. Twice the problem has been diagnosed of network key and password changed. Who changes that? Instead of one person four people will come together, and make the password public. They make lot of noise, laugh and talk in their local language and do not behave well.Even when the problem is not done, they will leave saying that they are busy. If they are so busy, then why four five people should come? Now the person who comes everytime refuses to come. Whom do we ask to rectify problem? i am residing periakuppam, near tiruvallur railway station, i applied for bsnl broadband connection at 5th august and till now the bsnl people not come to my area for checking of connection availability, i also went to bsnl telephone exchange in tiruvallur and visit JE fo five times, till now they not giving the proper response, my area bsnl workman in jayapal and je is kothandaram, pls take action,

we don't have feasibility of bsnl broadband and telephone connection through cable. so i kindly request them to lay landline cables in our area..
