[Resolved] BSNL — complaint in favour of public regarding bsnl customer care behavior & bad service from staff of bsnl khambhat | |
Respacted Sir, SUB : misbehav from customer care desk of bsnl office KHAMBHAT, officer name pratibmaben soni . sir, your customer care officer pratibmaben soni alwayes misbehav with customer of bsnl and she alwayes treat like peon with customer of bsnl, now a days she give me answer in a rude maner . first she was not updated with new scheme of bsnl and do not gave proper guidence to clients of bsnl . i want to use your new launch scheme " aa abe laute chale " . i want my old bsnl mobile number [protected] through this scheme, when i go to your customere care dest then your officer pratimaben soni told me that we have no scheme like this, when i tell her mem i already confirm that this is a newly launch scheme but she dont want to hear my words and use rude lenguage with me . when i urge her next day then she talk with her higher officer and she confirm about this scheme . sir till my number [protected] is not activated . today i call her for asking status for this number but pratimaben soni was totally angry on me and she said i dont know about your card activation . sir now i dont want to continue relation with your bsnl orgenization because your customer service is so poor . i request you please give me my money back & also i want to submit this new sim at your office khambhat . please tell me when i submit this sim at your office at that time i submit this sim at your office . sir if you heard of your customer then please give street punishment to pratimaben soni because this khambhat office is rural office and all person come hear are illetrate & she alwayes treat like dog with all clients and all clients of banl are stay away from bsnl . sir please give me reply for this complaint . regards JAGDISH . Dear Sir,
I am having commercial bfone with bsnl. And also having broad band connecation but for past one month I am facing lots of connetivity problems I have lodged few complaints but it is yet not solved. I am sorry to say that I may forced to removed this connection unless some quick response is receive from you. waiting for quick reply

I have called customer care number regarding my GPRS problem but no able to give me the proper reason by this problem occurring. They just talking non technical things regarding the problem. if somebody force them to give the proper reason they put the call on hold and then finally disconnect it.
BSNL — BSNL: Bad & ineffecient response from customer care & very poor service
The internet stops working on 3rd June. its 6th June & still its not working.. I have been spending hours on the phone talking to the customer care. & each one disconnects the call. All they did was they kept transffering me to all possible departments & the last guy disconnects the call. One of the guy's name is Tejs. The number i called was [protected]. I still dont have internet.. The customer care has no idea what to do. I am Yograj Sharma from Distt. Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. My BSNL No. is[protected]. As dated on 04-10-10 I found a number at my mobile without name, I enquried it, I found it the number of BSNL Company. When I cut this call I found some message as like as :-
Dear User your request for subscription will be prossed within 24 hours. Search your song SMS search songname to 56799. I received this message at 9:41:16 PM
After this message I also get a message that thank you for using BSNL Tunes. Your registration is done successfully. This service would be after 1 day.
Without my subscription this service are activated at my mobile and all of the charges are deducted from my account. Dear Sir, I requested you that Pls. stop this services

BSNL — Poor response against customer complaint
I have been using BSNL postpaid mobile connectionfrom last two and half years.I am facing problem while sending sms from last one month. Sending sms otion is not working and status is showing as "Pending".I have complained about this to their Hangerford street Customer Service Center. They forwarded my complaint to technical department.SMS sending option started working for 2-3 days and then again disrupted.I have compalined to its call center and logged a compalint with Ref no-6484415.But I havenot get any response or corrective measures from BSNL till date.It is embrassment and harrasment to a customr.
Telephone and internet — very bad service and asking of favour
