[Resolved]  BSNL — Dead Last Months

my Landline connection is dead around 2 Months. Many times i visited neatrest bsnl office. Still Connection is Not yet repaired. We are Facing so Much problems. If my connection Will Be not Rerpaired In 5 Days Then Iwill move towards Consumer court and i will inform Media Too. This Is worst Telecom network Service In World. there Is Throat Cut competetion in Market And Your services Like Nothing.My Connection Registered with the name Himmat Lal jain 24 Shantinagar Unv Road, Udaipur

FROM DEC., 08 TO MARCH, 2009 WE FACED ALOT OF PROBLEM IN BROADBAND AND LANDLINE, we were regularly trying to be in touch with the department but they were not having time to listen the problem of the customer, AND DUE TO THAT AFTER HAVING THE LANDLINE AND BROADBAND CONNECTION AT HOME, WE HAVE TO USE OUR MOBILE AND FROM MARKET AND OTHER PEOPLE MOBILE AND YOUR LINEMAN VISITED THE SITE ON 12 MARCH, 2009 (NOT PRIOR TO IT THE PROBLEM WAS SAME AS IT WAS EARLIER), WE APPROACH TO DEPARTMENT AGAIN AND AGAIN AND REQUEST TO ALOT OF PEOPLE BUT THEY DID NOT GAVE ANY RESPOND FOR THAT.
FIRST TIME THE TECHNICAL PERSON VISITED SITE ON 29 APRIL, 2009 (MR. ARUN PANT) AND DUE TO POWER FAILURE, NOT ABLE TO CHECK ANY THING, THEN ON 30 APRIL, 2009 TECHNICAL PERSON CAME TO SITE WAS NOT ABLE TO CONNECT THE BROADBAND AFTER 2:30 HOUR.

WHEN WE MAKE APPEAL, THEN PEOPLE FROM DEPARTMENT, MAKE A CALL TO MAKE FRIGHTEN AND CANCEL THE APPEAL (NOT GIVING THEIR NAMES).

NOW WE ARE THINKING TO MAKE THE THIRD APPEAL IN THE DEPARTMENT OR ITS BETTER TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT, , , , , , , , , , , , ,

KINDLY GUIDE US BECAUSE FROM DEC TILL NOW, NUMBER OF PAPERS, WE DEPOSITED IN THE DEPARTMENT ARE MORE THAN 200 PAGES...

I applied for new BSNL connection in Gudhliya exchange, Bandikui (Rajasthan) in Oct 2004.Applied no-SDOTelegraphR-2/GDL/04-05/66 N 25104 . I am unable to get connection from BSNL till now.Other people got connection even after applied after my connection.Take necessary action regaring BSNL SDOtelegraph Bandikui dist-dausa{rajasthan}

I have landline no (01506/263821)since 1997. which is not working last 22 days.I have lodge many complaint at my concerned BSNL exch.but till the date I did not get any positive responce from exch staff. such type of problems we are facing last more than one year.
I am serving too far at my native village( in armed forces) I have no alternative ways to talk my old parents in my village.when my father made the complaint in exch. than exch staff told that we have no lineman all lineman are on leave.we are not in a condition to rectify your landline no(01506/263821).
