[Resolved] BSNL — Transfer of Telephone Connection

Hi, I have purchased new flat and wanted to transfer my old telephone connection to my new address. But now BSNL says that they have stopped cabling work and wanted to promote on WLL option with no broad band connection. In this case why are they having this transfer option and its process. Why are they promoting BSNL broad band. I am not convinced with this answer of have stopped cabling as they wanted to promote WLL option. This means they do not want to add or develop new customer base. Its causing inconvenience to me as of now as I do not have telephone connection nor internet connection.
