BSNL — sales representative to house for broadband upgrade - fraud
Hi, Today morning a sales representative came offering - BSNL 2Mbps upgrade package to my house. He introduced himself as BSNL technician with his ID (Name: A.S.Rajanna, ID:IT00173) and spoke on a lucrative offer - new plan, cordless phone, 2mbps line, no rental for 6 months, data card, free printer - all in Rs3000/- activation charge. He also had a BSNL receipt book of residency road address. As he stressed on taking the payment only in cash, it became suspicious. As we started questioning more, he made a quick exit. It suggests a case of fraud. I hereby submit this in hope BSNL/Police may take some action to prevent such incidents. BSNL will definitely not be responsible for this. But if someone misuses his official credentials for fraud, that goes as a responsibility to BSNL to prevent the misuse. Regards, Surojit Was this information helpful?
