[Resolved]  BSNL — about poor service

First phase: On APRIL 15th 2009 i had to join an online course and so i needed an immediate internet connection .i saw many ads by bsnl that they will give connections within days .so i went to the bsnl office at ollur (KERALA) to submit the form.The response from the bsnl employees were too bad. that they had neither cleared my doubts nor they answered any of my questions.It was very hard to hear a single word from that dirty bi..t...h.(i don't know what her post is).They consider us as local people and believes themselves to be superior.i can't stand this.a PSU is to serve people, S stands for serve and not for SUCK.For every question she just answers "we don't know".After the submission i have waited for about one month and didn't get any reply from them.the course was to begin and i follow up with them at least a ten times.when i called in any of their number, they gave another number and was told to try in that number for more details.Most often they didn't attend any calls.this is a fact!!!.

Second phase: The date of commencement of my course was April 15 and after a hundred request i got the equipment alone(i.e without internet connection) on June 4th.now the equipment given by them had complaint.its battery was weak n it didn't have any network .Again i start calling these f...k...rs to replace the equipment. no wonder still i got the same kind of response fr0m them.i tried at least one week to get in touch wit them through telephone.At last a lady, she was the junior telecoms officer of that circle, attended the call.I asked her why they are not attending any calls.and the bi...answered "who r u to ask this???its my wish to attend or not.We have many other works here.I'am not your SERVANT" .i was shocked.I lost my temper and tell her that i' am from a family, where there is a lot of govt employees in all grades, so don't try to teach me .After that incident i was sure that i will not get any service.from them soon.Now we contacted the main branch for service.After some days a line man came here to check the complaint.He was a totally a funny picture, he was not even knowing how to switch on that device.He didn't check out it, instead he starts commenting about our home interior and ask me about the expenses .anyway i explained him about the the complaint and he was convinced.He told me to came to their office, so that he would replace it.now the picture of the office was more pathetic.most of the chairs of employees were empty and there i saw the J TO sitting.she was not knowing that it was me who made that call earlier.there was no cabins it was partitioned just like in the call centers.i was standing in front of the table and she was looking some other documents.For at least 20 minutes, she didn't just even care a human being is standing in front of her. after some time I said "madam i have a complaint".now she raised her head very slowly. and told her to kindly replace it.now asking about the details of connection she got that i was me who made that call earlier, now she starts shouting.it was my need to get the connection so i didn't utter a word.she also asked me how this equipment got complained??how would i know...i told her about my online course in detail. she said she will try.and said many technical sides of giving internet connection including its documentation. which was all fake, she just want to take revenge on me ..Also she said there was no other alternate device to replace it.after some days the phone was replaced still we havn't got the internet .now reading this you will get at least a minimum pic about how much i struggled.i lost a lot of money by calling them in mobile.the call attending ratio was 50:2.for 50 calls i got one or 2 responses.also i lost a lot of money as bus fare.Every time they asked me to come there with the phone.by rule the line man has to come to our home for service.I would like to add one thing, the technical side of bsnl is very very very weak here, that they don't even know the mechanism of their own product devices and basics of today's technologies.

Third phase: after the phone get replaced we again starts asking them about the internet connection.again no change in style of response.at last my father went to the district main circle and submitted a written complaint regarding the irresponsibility of the bsnl office ollur and told the officer there about everything from the beginning...I was hard for anyone to believe anyone that with in hours we got call from ollur bsnl saying that the connection is ready and ask me to collect the drive installation cds.when i went there i saw the senior officer scolding j to.she came and now she was so humble that she tell me simply how to install it. so it was revealed that it was just because of their inefficiency and irresponsibility and also it was an intentional delaying to take revenge on me. .note that the software cds provided by them were not authentic, it haven't passed window's signing.also i submit a complaint regarding poor network and to lessen the rent of those days in which the device was not working.till now no action taken.BUT WE GOT THE FIRST MONTH BILL AT THE CORRECT TIME...that's bsnl.
Fourth phase: not I'm struggling with their poor internet service.no speed, poor connectivity.what would i do??the only mistake that i have done was to chose BSNL..I think the employees alone are responsible for this condition.they are not ready to work and serve us Don't they feel ashamed of getting paid for this, from the public???????.why they are fearing about privatization.they often conducts marches and strikes to prevent privatization of bsnl.i[censored] check the graph of bsnl from 2000 onwards you will get the real picture.The total subscribers became one by 40th by 2009 from 2000.the private companies are far ahead with bsnl now, both in products and service.i suspect the heads of this psu have some kind of illegal relationship with private companies.its time for them and us to to rethink .

**************MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT I[censored] HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS WITH BSNL DON'T JUST CALL THEM AND WASTE UR MONEY.NORMALLY THEY WILL NOT TAKE ANY ACTION FOR COMPLAINTS THROUGH TELEPHONE.THIS IS OUR EXPERIENCE... .SUBMIT THE COMPLAINT IN WRITTEN FORM AND YOU MAKE SURE THAT THEY GIVE U A RECEIPT.(this is the rule)OR U SHOULD ASK THEM TO SEAL IN A COPY OF THE SAME U SUBMITTED THERE.OTHERWISE in future WE WILL NOT HAVE ANY PROOF TO TELL THAT WE HAVEN'T GOT SERVICE FROM THEM

Dear sir,
I m ur coustomer sir i were bsnl Prepaid sim but Before 3 mounth iwere change our service Prepaid to Postpaid but before 7 day my out goinng service is not working.i have many time complaits in Haridwar Bsnl Office & customer care. pls some do fastly.
