[Resolved]  BSNL — Phone set not working.

Dear Concern ,

My Telephone set is not working at all.Our complaints are also not atteneted properly. .Please take my complaint
seroisly.

Problem: Voice&landline cannot be used simultaneouly since Dec 2007 and not recified by telephone-department. As working parents in IT and my daughter suffering from chicken-pox, unable work from home.

Please get my complaint to the relevant authorities.

Our Office Telephone No. 22374163 set is not working at all since couple of months. Our complaints are also not atteneted yet so far. Please take our complaint and necessary action may be taken immedaitely. please.

Our Phone not working about three months. many verbal and written request may supplied to DET and SDE telephone, Jhajjar but all in vain.

My telephone No.22521426 is not working for the past one month. Complaints given so many times. No action has been taken. How can you expect me to pay the rent for the telephone.

Also my Office fax line 2625 7817 is not working for the past three weeks. No action seems to be taken by the Dept.

Again i called him in the evening he spoke very rashly and told you have gave complaint and it will be rectified untill that should not call back. i really fed off on his answer. Gudiyattam Branch.

Dear Concern.,
Employees are at their rudest behaviour.Not ready to listen to customers and are up at arguing with them instead.Very bad attitute of talking.No patience and no calmness while asking.Even when requested not to talk aggresively, they do not stop.Please take severe action against such employees otherwise severe action would be taken by us.

sir, this is to bring your kind notice that from the last 1 and a half month my telephone no 233214 which is installed in bahadurgarh in dead and in this regard i had complained so many times by making a personal visit to their DGM or to their staff, but found no result. I hope you will look after for the same and get it in order.

we are from [removed], [removed] MANDAL, WEST GODAVARI DT,
SIX months back we cancelled our will phone with no [removed]-212002.
we got the a/c payee cheque from ELURU commercial officer. we have no
bank accounts thats why we returned cheque. and we got acknowledgement
from commercial officer.but still we did not get any from them. So

BSNL — Phone set is not working properly

My name is Chaman Jasoria and recently I have take the new BSNL landline phone connection with my father name Shri Radhey Shyam Jasoria and my phone no. is[protected], the connection is working fine but the phone set is not working properly. Phone set is of lcd but in lcd nothing is visible and light given in the lcd is dark blue by which it is not possible to look into it, it is effecting my eyes and dangerous for eyes of everyone.

I have asked to my extension, nirman nagar jaipur but they are not given me any reply and not telling me how to change the phone set and are not ready to to change the phone set.

kindly have a look on my complain and help me in solving me problem.
