[Resolved]  BSNL — Telephone Shift

Dear Sir,

I have applied for a new bsnl landline connection at BSNL, Vidyaranyapura branch on 14 april 2008. But still they had not given any landline after continuous telephone calls. They told me that they have no cables and accessories to give a new connection. They also promised to give me one wirless connection at my home.

My workorder no is 87004707. My phone no alloted is 22862612.
Kindly do the needful to allot me a new connection at my home as early as possible.

I had applied for a new connecton at BSNL KUSHAIGUDA branch on 18 june 2008, but still they had not given any landline after continuous telephone calls. They told me that the connection is based on ZONE ONE (1), AND ZONE ONE told that the connection is based on ZONE THREE (3) and ZONE 3 again told me that the connection is based on zone 1. They both zone have don't know the connection is for whose either zone 1 or zone 3 to give a new connection.

I hv submitted my application for shift of my telephone no. 2330 8005. The guy has come seen and gone, afterwards no news from him. When it will be connected and i hv dataone also. Please do the needful at the earliest.

Hello Sir,

We have been using BSNL Landline for more than 20 years. And my telephone no is 24903567. This
connection is from the Batanagar Exchange. Now I have shifted my residence to Budge Budge Main road, Batanagar . This area comes under Batanagar Exchange. And I asked for shift of my telephone in the first week of Sept, 09. And till today we haven't recieved our Telephone connection. When asked about this delay in the Batanagar Exchange, they say Cable has not yet been laid at my new address. So can you please see into this matter and rectify this as early as possible. Thanks.

I have given application for Shifting to Kadhahali, BDS Gardon, BANGALORE[protected], So for not done any action, I have not received the new telephone no yet.

I applied for local shift of my telephone to just the next house on 1st July. After about 10 calls starting from 1500, I was given the Work Order Number dated 4th July. Made another 10+ calls to the local exchange. No result. Even now the reputation of BSNL seems to be in the hands of JTOs' and technicians and not processes and systems. This attitude may not workout for BSNL for a long time.
