[Resolved] BSNL — Security Failure | |
Dear Sir, I got the Missed Call on my Mobile from my home landline which was not made from the connection at home.The number displayed on my mobile showed the number of my house landline. We enquired in the BSNL office thet too agreed that there was no call made through out the day from our landline, but I dont know how come that My cell number of vodafone showed my house number. Kindly help me as I think then BSNL is the most unsecured security provider for telecom service. Ragita Was this information helpful? | |

I am very unhappy with your service because not update my bills.I have paid my bill Rs 3000/ on 27 mar 2010 Ref no is 142788 against your bill dt 19 Mar 10, but my all outgoing call is barred without any information.Whenever i paid some amount but not updating my account. pls tack action for active my outgoing calls & info by SMS on my active postpaid no [protected].
