Dear Sir,
My mobile number is [protected] and I currently have BSNL connection (postpaid). Since few months I am constantly receiving unnecessary messages from BT MOBWIN and cricket/movies/ Facebook related messages and Rs 30/- are deducted every month from my account. I have never subscribed for these services and I dont want such messages to overflow my Inbox. I have done whatever I could in the past couple of months like calling customer care, filling de-activation forms on Internet, STOP sms'es but of no avail. I continue to receive such messages much to my annoyance.
So, can you please credit back the deducted amount to my account balance and permanently de-activate these services from my mobile. As mentioned above, my mobile no. is [protected].
