I am a senior citizen and i was working as a service provider for handygo technologies and for the past 10 months i have not received my payment in spite of several emails and telephonic request and thereafter the team stop to the taking my call. I was informed that i have to raise a monthly invoice and the every month and at the end of every 90 days from the date of raising invoice i shall be paid however however they duped me and and did not make any payment to me yet. The invoices are pending since the month of august 2018 till date. The company management is also not responsible enough to take the ownership and liability for the same. It is also came to light that several others people have been duped in the same way as their payment is also stuck in the same way. It is requested that the consent management should directly contact the service providers for working for them trusting on there words of mouth and delivering services and revenue every month which was earned by them the cost for the same was not paid to the service provider like as yet so far.

    fraudulent deduction of mobile talktime

    Over the past few days this company has deducted close to 400 rupees via unauthorized downloads and has been repeating the same. Upon requesting my service provider for a refund they have only given back 50 rupees which is almost negligible compared to the amount that was lost. I do not know if I will get a positive reply or help but I hope I do. Please contact me via email at - [protected]@gmail.com. Vodafone has a record of all the downloads...

      The company wap.handygo.com has charged Rs 15 for downloading animation. But I have not downloaded any animation or any content from their site. This is very illigal activity of this company. It is nothing but a fraud. STOP such wnwanted deduction of balance. I demand to refund the the money to my account balance which has deducted. My Vodafone no [protected]

        Suddenly from my mobile Rs. 15 was deducted and this is happening so many times, when i check my last three charges i get following result.

        Rs. 15 - dnld-animation_wap-handygo

        I never ever visit this wap.handygo.com site on my mobile also i didn't subscribe for this site, so how they can deduct such amount from my mobile.

        This is irritating me, so please stop this i didn't download animation or anything else from this site.

        I want my money back, I hope you will be reply me positively.

            Hi, There were unnecessary deductions without any notice of the same. When I call the mobile operator, they say that you have downloaded some animation stating Handygo because of which around 120 Rps has been deducted as per the mobile operator. But I think the amount is still high and it happened without my consent. The mobile operator is not ready to refund even I explained him everything.               My bills amount has been stopped from last 18 months.
              They are frauds and don't respond to my calls.

                I haven't requested or subscribed anything from Handygo. On 3-Jan-2014 I got message that Rs. 50 has been deducted as I have downloaded game from Handygo, on 13-Jan-2014 I again got message that Rs.40 has been as deducted I downloaded some kind of hot beauties pic. I have never visited this site ever, even I was not aware of such website, then how I could download any stuff from this website. I want my money back, refund me asap.

                    Hi Anoop, I also faced similar problem and I contacted handygo office in Delhi. They checked all the details and refunded my money on immediate. Not only this, they also provided me a discount coupon for shopping as compensation. I am sure if you contact them and it is genuine they will return back your money.                     I vishal (Ph [protected]) from panipat also getting the same problem. Handygo deduct the amout each month and when we talk to customer care BSNL at 1503 and 1909, both says that they have deactivate it but can not refund the money. Again today 21st sep 2012, I got the same msg of 5 ka Tadaka and amount have been deducted from my account.. Please tame necessory action to sort out the problem.
                    What is going from handygo I don't understand, just search super4 from handygo and there are 1000's of complaints from many people lincluding Me oosing their money in this auto subscribed service.
                    I am Shruti([protected])Every month money is being automatically deducted from my balance.Complaining to bsnl customer care is of no use..they just make promises to deactivate..but again n again this is going on..To whom should i complaint..????

                        my mobile no [protected],actually i didn't subscribe HANDYGO EXPLORE service,but from 20th march they deduct 30/- every month.already i put a request to unsubscribe the service.even for unsubscribe they deducting 2/-.It is not fair.They are cheating.

                                  This message of renewal of subscription comes every week and they charge me for that .Unfortunately I have never subscribed for any such thing.
                                  The message sender codes are BZ-FTECH (for video bar service renewal) and BZ[protected]for some 5 day renewal service)
                                  Any attempt to unsubscribe these services goes unattended. Please see into the matter soon as my money goes down the drain every week.

Charges Rs.2" is being received by me every week. After sending the message to unsubscribe, I receive the message, request could not be accepted because of incorrect key word.
