BSNL — Non Return of Registration Fee

HI, I HAVE REGISTERED ONLINE FOR NEW BROADBAND CONNECTION BEFORE 3 MONTHS AND A GUY FROM PALLAVARAM HAS COME AFTER REPEATED FOLLOWUPS TO COLLECT THE DOCUMENTS AND RS.500. BUT AFTER 2 DAYS GOT A RESPONSE SAYING THAT THERE IS NO FEASIBILITY FOR MY LOCATION AND HAVE TO WAIT FOR A WEEK TO CHECK WITH SDE OR DE. AGAIN AFTER A MONTH I HAVE ASKED TO RETURN THE APPLICAITON FEES AND HE CAME TO MY OFFICE AFTER 3 DAYS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION TO ME AND WENT BACK SINCE I AM ON A MEETING. SINCE AFTER THEN I AM NOT ABLE TO CONTACT HIM. NEED YOUR PRESENCE TO PROVIDE A BB CONNECTION OR SEND MY REGISTRATION FEE BACK TO ME.

BSNL have to provide the land line usage also on line and SMS. This biotechnology is with BSNL, then why this facility is not giving to public.
