[Resolved]  BSNL — Broadband Usage data not showing

Sir,
I am holding a Broad Band connection in my Telephone No.[protected] under Bolpur Telephone Exchange. I am entitled, as per the plan, to 1(one) GB free downloading. But since some time back I am not getting any access to view my Broad Band Usage data and consequently I am in dark whether I have consumed excess or not. This in, other words, prove that the BSNL have failed to provide the requisite service. And for such failure the consumer is in no way responsible. Even, the Telephone Exchnage authorities could not be of any help (vide their Telephone nos.[protected]/257000 which are always either busy or not responding). The only solution in the case is, either I should stop forthwith the use of Broad Band (which I can not do for my requirement) or the BSNL authorities provide immediately viewing the Broad Band usage data or they should bear the cost of any excess beyond the 1(one) GB free download.

bsnl 250 broadband connection — not showing the usage records

for last one month no usage record is being shown . as i am under plan 250, there is only 1 gb up+download limit for me. if there is excess usage it will be a huge amount for me. please help.
I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, TODAY CALLED BSNL OFFICE THEY TOLD ME TO TRY AT IP: 10.240.48.195 HERE ALSO SAME PROBLEM, NOT GOING TO NEXT PAGE AFTER GIVING USERNAME AND PASSWORD.
Every one having problem, who is responsible for excess usage at this situation ? Because we manage usage by seeing the service records page. Kindly forward this to BSNL.

I check daily usage from the site http://bbservic.bsnl.in. But yesterday 27-9-08 and today the usage is not shown and the site is change to bsnl nip portal. How to check my usage sir?
what is the correct web site address.

im not aable to check usage details from 24th jan. if it exceeds the limit bsnl will have to bear the costs as we are prone to checking the usage and acting accordingly...

BSNL Broadband — Account Usage is not displayed

I am New User of Bsnl Broadband i got connection in January 2009 in HOME 500 C which i applied for. I regularly check my account usage, On 28 Jan i checked for account usage and it displayed that NO USAGE RECORDS FOUND FOR JAN 2009 so how should i know that am i not exceeding the provided limit o[censored]sage( 1.5GB ).

BSNL BB Service — not showing usage details

When I login to http://bbservice.bsnl.in/ and when select the month to check usage records, the results "No Usage Records Found For APR-2009". please help me with this problem. I daily uses internet for 2 - 3 hrs.

But since some time back I am not getting any access to view my Broad Band Usage data and consequently I am in dark whether I have consumed excess or not.Please verify this statements.
