I had subscribed for the bsnl phonebackup service but I am unable to unsubscribe it now.

I hAd Subscribed For Bsnl The Bsnl Backup Service But I am Unable To Unsubscribe It I have also Call At Customer Care The Customer Care Executive Told Me To Send UNSUBSCRIBE to 58989 then your phone backup will unsubscribe but when i sent it my phone backup is not unsubscribe and i got a messge that bsnl mobile phone backup service could not peform the operation so sir plz plz... give me the information that how to unsubscribe the mobile phonebackup (thank you)

BSNL — Unsubscribing phone backup

I want to unsubscribe my Phone Back up facility to my BSNL cellone connection bearing No-[protected], but unable to do it.
Evenif after sending lot of sms the matter is not yet solved. Every month Rs.30/- is being deducted from my bill.
I have not used this facility.

Please do not subscribe to this so called PHONE BACKUP if you are not really serious.
You will not be able to unsubscribe anymore. The message "UNSUB" cant be sent to the number 58989. Always please try later is shown.

DEAR SIR, MY MOBILE NO. IS [protected]. SIR I HAD ALREADY ACTIVETED PHONE BACKUP SERVICE. NOW I WANT TO DEACTIVET IT.
I SEND SMS O[censored]NSUB AT 58989 MANY TIMES BUT I RECIVE NO CONFERMATION SMS. EVERY MONTH 30 RS. LESS IN MY BALANCE.

I subscribed to it and by sending sms 58989 "UNSUB", i can not unsubscribe to back up.

I feel that we should file formal complaint or legal case agaisnt BSNL for not deactivating it and keep on deducting Rs 30 per month
