[Resolved] BSNL Calcutta Telephones — Broadband not working | |||
I(Mitrajit Chatterjee ) has taken broad board connection[protected] from BSNL(calcutta Telephones ) and the plan is 1350/- per month, but from last 4 month i am unable to use the same as every alternet day this connection is getting faulty, I have lodge several complaint for this but no action has been taken , when i enquered from technical department , it was know that there is some big fault in this exchange for which there is no proper supply of power so this is getting faulty every alternet day, & no action has been taken to solve the issue , would request you to help me in this regards Thanks & Regards Mitrajit Chatterjee [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Each time I have to go to the exchange and request the engineer and get the fault corrected.
