FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN CHARGED ILLEGALY Rs30 EVERY MONTH FOR WAP SERVICES ( ACCTRESS OF THE DAY ) THROUGH MESSEGE SENT FROM BP58888 AND ALSO Rs5 EVERYDAY, THE FUNNIEST PART IS THAT THOUGH Rs30 IS BEING DEDUCTED BUT WHEN " UNSUB " MESSEGE IS SENT THEN THE REPLY COMES " SORRY YOU ARE NOT SUBSCRIBED TO ANY SERVICE ", I SEVERAL TIMES CONTACTED BSNL COMPLAINT CENTRE BUT THEY AS USUAL WERE INDIFFERENT, CALLOUS AND SOMETIMES GAVE SILLY SUGGESTIONS WHICH WERE NEVER EFFECTIVE BUT DRAINED OUT SEVERAL RUPEES THROUGH MESSAGE SENT FOR UNSUBSCRIPTION WHICH NEVER WORKED. EVEN WRITING LETTERS TO PRO AND GM BSNL PROVED INEFFECTIVE MAY BE IT WAS BELOW THEIR DIGNITY TO RESOLVE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT. NOW I HAVE ONLY OPTION LEFT TO PERFORM CREMATION OF THE BSNL SIM WHICH I WAS RELUCTANT BECAUSE OF EITHER LOYALTY OR LONG ASSOCIATION WITH IT. EARLIER I THOUGHT THAT I WAS THE ONLY VICTIM BUT THROUGH THIS FORUM I FIND THAT THIS ILLEGAL TRADE / FRAUD IS BEING PLAYED IN CONNIVANCE WITH THE BSNL AUTHORITIES SINCE LONG OTHERWISE HOW A SERVICE PROVIDER OF BSLN STATUS CAN REMAIN SO INDIFFERENT TO SO MANY CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS.
