Ali Haider Rizvi [protected] 451/20/11 A jafaria Colony Muftiganj Chowk Lucknow [protected]@gmail.com I am a customer of BSNL bearing mobile number [protected], For Dec -12 month i have not make a single call from the my number but i got Rs 972 bill against my number.I have made so many calls to coustomer care regarding my bill but not got any information from the coustomer care, they even not properly responding & it happen aroun 10-15 times. At last I have made the payment & it shows number disconnected. Expecting your positive response & do needful for the same. Was this information helpful? | |||

BSNL Mobile — Excess Mobile Bill
Hi,I got false mobile bill from BSNL. The excess amount comes around 2500. After repeated complaints they send me a detailed bill and it contains some of the numbers which are unfamiliar and those numbers have call duration of one hour on daily basis. How can this be tackled. I am wondering how this could happen?
Please help
