Sir, I have a BSNL prepaid mobile No. [protected]. I got a message from BP-52585 on 9-2-10 at 5:37PM that "Apne Mobile ke Phone No, SMS, Photo addi ko SURAKSHIT rakhane ke liye (tollfree) SMS karen REG to 52585 Rs. 25pm, Jyada feature ke liye SMS PB Rs. 40 pm" I did so today i.e. on 9-3-10 at about 5.00 PM, at that time I have credit balance Rs. 141 (nearabout). After doing so when I check my balance it was Rs. -258.06 and it is continuously deducting. I got continuously messgees from 52585. I made a complaint in this regard to BSNL Customer center a [protected] and informed about the grievances to Mr. Avinash. He did not solve my problem & said that it will take one hours to check your details. Call after one hours. Sir, My balance is continuously deducting. Please help me. waiting for positive response at an early end.

Hi sir,
I have been using BSNL Cellone HP Employees CUG plan for the last 2 years and is regulary paying my bills in time. Last month my plan was changed and my rental went down by Rs 75 to Rs 175 (previously it was rs 250 ). i had also subscibed to GPRS facilty for the last one year which is Rs 150 for unlimited access anywher in India. I got message for the new plan through message and there was nothing described about the gprs plan so I contacted BSNL CSC at Parwanoo. There I was told by a lady customer service executive that the plan was same for GPRS usage anywhere. I am on training nowadaz at Chandigarh. Now for my surprisewhen i got my bill for this month I was shocked it was Rs 3074. i had never paid bill more than Rs 800 during the last two years. So I thought this might be due to some technical faulta at bsnl end . So I went to exchange at Kullu. There I was told that the amount was valid and was charged due to surfing while roaming. My credit limit was rs 2000 and last month I even got a message from bsnl while my limit was about 90 % reached. But this time I didnt got any message only such a big blow when I got my final bill.
Sir even last month when I was roaming my usage was for Rs 872 and I got discount for Rs 702 (as my plan gives discount on incoming while roaming) and my bill wa totalled to amount Rs 544 .But this month my usage is for Rs2, 749 and I have got discount for just Rs282 .This is visibally a blunder mistake and BSNL is not accepting it. that is why I want to register a complaint.
I am not in the position to pay such a huge amount of bil. Kindly guide me how to file complaint against bsnl. I shall be grateful to you.

BSNL Mobile — Unauthorized charges/billing.
In acknowledging of your above mentioned notice, which was received on 11th March’09 through my parent at my permanent address, I do hereby like to state you few lines for your kind consideration and necessary action please.That sir, as you mentioned the grounds against which you demanded the outstanding bill on behalf of your client, are not the valid and acceptable ground in my case. The clarifications of same mentioned bellow against your grounds :-
1. The availed mobile number ([protected]) is the changed number of [protected].
2. I clearly mentioned in my application against which the old number has been changed to [protected] that to issue me the corrected bill for which am liable for payment and to change the number and now also am agreeing for payment.
3. I was ready that time to pay the actual bill ( not the incorrect bill) in due time, I have been contacted the authority SDE(T), Bokajan telephone Exchange, Bokajan and I have paid 1st and 2nd Bill (actual charges) with an application.
Now sir, if you go through the bills since inception, you will find that your client has charged me one unknown charges (one time charge), which could not clarify by the authority on my visit to the kind office (Bokajan). From that period while using the mobile no. [protected] I have stopped payment and till date waiting for the corrected bill due to wrong billing. The authority simply changed my used number [protected] to [protected] and also discontinued the service from that time, but not reviewed the incorrect bill so far so that I can pay the same. Error billing is not my fault and am not agreed to pay the late fee also. Later on I lost the SIM card (Disconnected) and also intimated to the local Police.
So sir, my kind request to you to please verify and justify the bills charged against me are reasonable or not. Because the one time charge, which come to know, now is for issuance of Silver Number ( in decreasing order mobile no.) which was not my choice and I even don’t know the charges for same and not mentioned in neither in the form or nor seen in any advertisement for this product when I taken the connection. Am ready to pay the actual bill on receipt of corrected bill on installment basis if it comes more then Rs. 2000/- (two thousand) to your client.
Further sir, though I am unemployed, and am now working part time private job in different place, my corresponding address may kindly changed to below mentioned address so that I can also come in touch with your client for further action.
