BSNL Chennai — ineternet-ph.no22532477

For the past several months my internet connection is not working. My phone set is also giving problem and i am not able to hear the other side whenever a call comes. I have loggd complaints for both these problems and have been calling up daily to follow up these issues. The BSNL representatives response is "It will be done today". This has been going on almost 2 weeks now. Please look into these issues at the earliest.

I am retire Police Head Constable. I am applied new High Speed Internet connection on 02.04.09. But so for no action in this application. What is BSNL activity? and MY Exchange area is
OMT Zone/SDCA:KCM. Please take necessary action immediately.

For the past 6 months my internet connection is not working. It is working for half an hour and disconnection is for about more than half an hour.
i have been giving compliant in the toll free no1500, but there is no reponse. I want the issue to be rectified at the earliest.
