Overnight situation may not change. But involving another corporate office may improve the situation.

My landlilne telephone 26501331 is not working for the last 48 hours. Despite complaining noboday has attended. The complaint docket no.56480134. Request to process the complaint and take action to rectify the fault as I have to get international calls from sons who are living abroad.

I am residing in Arumbakkam and having a landline connection at my residence[protected].
The telephone no. cited above is completely dead for last 30 days
and complaint was booked many time through the complaint no.24751191.Every time the docket no.only changes but the complaint was not attended. My last complaint docket no.5683989 dated on 24.09.2010.
I am surprised that nobody has attend yet.
I hope, BSNL authorities will take necessary action to readdress the problem.and attend the complaint immediately

MY TEL.NO.28353213 HAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY FOR NEARLY MORE THAN 3 MONTHS.
