i am a subscriber of BSNL BROADBAND 500 COMBO,
as per the plan i am required to pay a rent of 500 per month and i am given 1.5GB free download,175 free call and phone rent is cut off.
i got connection after august12
when they came to connect,i asked them whether we can switch off WIFI,they said a key is there behind mode,but that was false information.....the key Offs the modem.
so somehow my first month usage reached 1900 MB,because someone used my connection
but when bill came i was shocked,
i got 2432,
when i enquired they said i got connection after 12 days from august1 so my rent,and my benefits are cut off proportionally,
that was a new information to me because they told nothing about such a billing in the application forum.
i told i would pay the rent but i need my free usage and other bonuses.......but they deny
a lady even insulted me by saying "YOU DONT ARGUE,JUST GOTO SDO IF YOU NEED"
also when i asked to enquire about WIFI securing,noone knew it from there,they asked me to give back the wifi modem as i applied for ordinary one,
unlike them i was decent and returned modem,but the modem they gave didnt work and almost a day`s usage was wasted.....i walked to that exchange,passing the hill&i got tired.after that one day i got it repaired......
THEY BILLED IN UNJUSTICE,THEY BEHAVED RUDE,THEY GAVE FALSE INFORMATION,WASTED MY TIME,MADE MY TIME WASTE.....
I need justice and loyal compensation
i suffered a lot because of this,please help me....please charge the highest punishment against such a disloyal company........
this is not only my voice,this is of thousands suffering from there illmanners
I have broadband connection under plan BB- HOME500 COMBO -GENERAL AREA . I received faulty bill for the month of Aug 09 . Bill amount is just double than normal bill .I am suppose to avail 20 % discount on every bill under plan rent but getting only some time, cant say how ? Free night usage also counted in normal way and charged for that .now every time it is very difficult to run behind bill .In place of getting good service &relief, getting panic bill.What to say about bsnl service not understood .

    Whenever I am trying to open the usage account instead of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd., page it is showing "Internal Server Error"
    I cannot see my BSNL Broadband usage account and showing "Internal internet server error".

        Sir, my telephone no. is[protected] on which broadband connection is installed.
        For last about 3 months the broadband had been having some problem or the other. I had been giving regular complaints, it becomes alright for a day or two and then again becomes out of service.
        Now even the officials have started not taking any cognisance to complaints given to them,
        Pl help in getting some soution. Thanking you

        My telephopne No. is[protected]. My complaint No. is 2849 of 1st November, 2009. Prior to this also many a times I have entered the complaint in the Register at Chihchpada Telephone Exchange. Whenever the internet connection is required, telephone receiver has to be lfted, i.e. simultaneously telephone and internet will not work. Till date the problem is not solved. As the internet surfing may require more time, how far the telephone line keep engaged. Hope you will understand the seriousness of the nature of complaint and do the needful at the earliest.
        our Brodband wants serial No. when dawnloding. what serial No. is?

          BSNL-Broad Band authority at highest level used to advise their customers to change their internet Pass Word freequently as a safe guard to protect against any fradulant use by anyone. Unfortunately SDOT / BSNL / Bongaon Telephone Exchange and its office have not disclosed the initial Pass Word to the customer at the time of initial installation Broad Band internet services. When asked for Pass Word - reluctant to disclose stating "Why you require this, this is not necessary, if you change Pass Word you will be in trouble etc" Recorded evidence of correspondences are reproduced for suitable action. CGM /WBC is aware of the case. As a result I cannot change my Pass Word and check up my "Service Record"

          Sub: New Broad Band Connection to Asit Kar, Ph.No.

          This is to inform that against W.O.Regn. No. BNN / BB / 00579 dated. 18.07.09 BB connection was made available to me only after intervention by CGM on 01.09.09. Signed copy of said W.O. not yet handed over to me.

          Although the user ID has been disclosed the “Pass Word” not yet made known to undersigned so that I can verify ‘Service Record’ from time to time as well as guard against any type of fraudulent use by any one other than consumer..

          On 29.09.09 I deputed my son Arijit to meet JTO to get the ‘Pass Word’. JTO has however intimated him that the ‘Pass Word’ in question is available at the slip already handed over to us at the time of installation of BB connection. The BSNL officials present there however advised not to change Pass Word as this will create problems in operation of internet service. This advise is however not appreciated since the advice appears to be not in conformity with standing instructions of BSNL Head office vide various confidential letters to the BB consumers you are requested to clarify the reasons for such advices. JTO [255200] was contacted over phone on30-09-09 but he was not available.

          The said slip without bearing signature of any BSNL official was examined at length but it is seen that nothing has been indicated as Pass Word in the slip. Under the circumstance you are requested 1) To intimate Pass Word at once in writing 2) clarification to para 3 above & 3) arrange opening of “Service Record”. This may kindly be treated as EXTREME URGENT.

          Kindly see another case where a direct letter issued to SDOT / BSNL-Bongaon on[protected]received by his office in morning hrs on[protected] lying unattended. Kindly please go through the letter placed below for better appreciation. The very purpose as well as intention is not clear and doubtful. However you please take action as you deem fit.           BB installed on 01.09.09 but formal letter communicating initial Pass Word for internet not yet provided & as such "Service Record" could not be checked. IMMEDIATE ACTION SOLICITED.


          Bill for 01-08-09 to 31-08-09 received & paid under protest. BB connection given on 01-09-09 but BB charges realized for the period upto 31-07-09 which has no relevance. Simply CASH refund demanded & in case of delay Rs.10/- p.m payable at per with BSNL own rulings.

          Till today I have not received any formal initial “Pass Word” for opining of BB Internet service provided to me on[protected] and as result thereof cannot open “Service Record” to verify my usage.

          Yesterday i.e. on[protected] SDOT / Bongaon T.E contacted me over phone but reluctant to let me have the ‘Pass Word’ stating -why this is required- we have already posted it etc. Since the verdict of SDOT is contradictory to both international and BSNL’s own directive to its consumers I have requested him to send a reply to my letter received by him on[protected]

          Incidentally did not mention how they have charged Broad Band fixed charges for a period prior to installation of BB connection i.e.[protected]. Submitted for your knowledge and suitable early necessary action. Thanking you,.

          Bill of Asit Kar, Paschimpara, Bongaon, 24-Parganas (N), Tel.Ph.No.[protected], Consumer No. 650876, Bill No. 97342949 dated 07.09.09 (Due date. 13.10.09) for the period 01.08.09 to 31.08.09 sent to me, available at your Web site may be seen..

          An amount of Rs.40.32 has been proposed to be paid by me towards Broad Band -S-250 Fixed Charge To: 31.07 2009. You are well aware that the Broad Band connection made available to me only on[protected] exclusively with your intervention 0n[protected]. You please clarify yourself whether action proposed by your subordinates are in tune? I will pay the bill within schedule but in the event of repayment / refund (No adjustment through subsequent bill is acceptable which may be specifically be noted) a penalty of Rs.10/- per month will be charged at per in cash with your owned framed rulings.

          It is observed from National Broad Band Complain- Web site that there exists huge complains in respect of BSNL billing, disputes lying unsettled. The main reasons for such disputes are due to reluctance by BSNL office to check documents properly and issuing bills at the wisdom having knowledge that consumer will have to pay first and very few will refer back. Imposition of a penal clause for such mistakes will arrest such negligence.

          However immediate actions solicited on para 3 above.

            Hello everyone!
            Please help me friends
            This happens 2 times with me
            I am getting service under Home 500C plan(night Unlimited)
            This time I used only 1866 MB (This is shown on BSNL site)
            But I got 779 Rs. bill This is written in Debits Charge.
            Now what to do?
            1.8 GB is in the limit of 2.5 Gb I have not crossed it so at most i would get the bill of 600 it is at most condition, but this is out of imagination
            2 month before also I faced same thing at that time I have paid 1025 Rs.It was first time so I thank that it might be formalities but now again I am not understanding this problem
            What to do? Please Help me
            Most probably your plan id 500 combo in which you get every thing same as home 500 plan but the limit o[censored]sage is 1.5GB. Thats why your bill is:
            500(plan charges)+250(extra usage charges)+50(tax) whis adds up to Rs.800
            Which is appoximatly same as 779...

              I have been using BSNL broadband for the last two years.But presently for about last 6-7 months almost every day the link goes.Regular complain has not resulted into any permanent solution.Everyday after complaining in [protected]helpline number the officer's from BSNL calls me and assures to give permanent solution but till now there is no result.

              My broad band connection is not working properly. The ADSL light goes off every now & then. I have complained about this atleast 20 times in last 6 months. My complaint of 15th july is still unattended. We receive inquiry form your office about the working of telephone. Then we reply that we have a complain of internet. Then nobody turns up. Today also I have lodged a complaint . my complaint No. is 226586. I hope now some body will turn up tomorrow positively.
              For God's sake please help me. Kindly send someone after 2.00 pm tomorrow i.e. on 25th july so that I can be at home.

                sim is not working at all. and "PLS INSERT SIM " message is coming in mobiles (nokia 3500c ).i took another mobiles even "PLS INSERT SIM " message is coming.

                  Hi
                  I have requested for shifting of telephone connection for Jeevan Bheema nagar to Marathhalli around one and half month back.
                  My previous telephone number is 25277821
                  and Order no is 73024708
                  They said that it will be shifted in 15 day still now it is not shifted. I have called them several times there was no proper response. I have gone to the BSNL office at Indranagar , they have made me to go to one department to the other and made me wait for 2 hours for concern person Mr. Irulandi he did not come on that day and there was no one had given proper response regarding the shift.
                  They have given Mr. Irulandi no.[protected] to speak, daily I call him he says I am in traffic I am unable to hear. He had given another number [protected] of Purushotham, I have tried this number also but I did not get any response from this number any time.
                  It is really frustrating, Please let me know whom to contact and have my issue will be fixed.

                    These are the case frequent failure is occurring with land line no: 2734393.
                    When I tried to contact about the FREQUENT FAILURE, ULTI MATELY I AM UNABLE TO CONTACT WITH EMAIL OR TELEPHONICALY. I have faced as regular customer of BSNL, Visakhapatnam, since three years.
                    1. Who is responsible heavy loss income for my BSNL Landline frequent failure of online trading transaction?
                    2. Why the landline failure occurs every after 10 or 15 days and again need to lodge the complain? If it is the normal phenomena the department has to ensure the smooth service by confirming the line functionality every after 10 to 15 days. Since few months the regular failure is occurring need permanent solution. One of my neighbors has disconnected the telephone line permanently for the same reason of frequent failure. I am sure that lot of people are effected like that and willing the surrender their connection. But I am pessimistic that BSNL will one day provide smooth uninterrupted service one day to everyone.
                    3. Why are customer are forced to be on the spin of BSNL regular Landline failure even after heavy paid for the service and other charges.
                    4. Numbers of times, at least thrice in a month have listed problem of complain from my side. But how long I could bear the same I do not know. However, expecting respond from [protected]@bsnl.co.in( Customer care service for Industrial estate Area, Coca cola, Visakhapatnam). However the biggest network service of India certainly able to provide me the trouble free Broadband service I hope. Every time I am only the looser why? Nevertheless, can it be named as the "BEKAR SEVA NETWORK LIMITED". Just check it up.

                    i too faced the same problem in this area though i gave a bunch of complaints the problem of continuous disconnecting is being repeated especially in this industrial exchange service zone i.e in kancharapalem. BSNL people are least bothered about the issue though it is not even a problem of one or two complaints but being faced by most of the customers. Though BSNL introduced net plans like 500 combo in which night 2 to 8 is unlimited but my net never connected properly. and even after connecting it will be disconnected in a few seconds.

                    i wish the higher authorities should take some measures to overcome this problem ...

I am given to understand that the charges at Rs. 12.00 for downloading BSNL ring tunes will have lifetime validity till the same tune is retained by the customer and no renewal charges if the customer does not change the tune. However, every month a sum of Rs. 12.00 is deducted from my prepaid account. Being petty amount, I have just ignored such deductions sofar. The incidence of downloading of tunes is one time unless the customer changes the same and therefore, the above deduction is contrary to the above principle. Hope, BSNL will look into this and stop such deductions at least in future.

Searching free GPRS + some free SMS for starting to 30 days but I show that my all facility is gone 16/6/2010 then we contact for this and I know that my seem is activate before my purchase time from customer(I confirm many time from CUSTOMER CARE for this) I used this seem, then I know from CUSTOMER CARE that Seem is already purchase because CUSTOMER CARE called me that, seem is lose his facility on 16/06/2010(But this seem is I purchase 15/06/2010 which is specified in bill) Because the seem is purchase someone on 18/05/2010.

                          I use a BSNL (cell one 3G) (Gandhinagar, Gujarat) post paid connection since I was out of town for vacation i couldn't pay the bill on time, (before 28th December 2011) I also tried to pay through online but the BSNL site was not working, hence the company barred the outgoing facility. upon reaching back to Gandhinagar Gujarat on 10th jan 2012 I immeadeatly payed the bill. but till today (13th Jan 2012) my phone has not been reactivated. I have called to the customer care many times they are registered the compliant but so far no solution provided.

                                Iam from Dehradun and I have been using NIC data card for almost a year now and even after getting full signal the internet speed is very low. Their clam of 153.6 Kpbs is a mere joke, that speed does come but only for a few minutes.The signals in the instrument are always full with all the five bars visible but still the speed in very low and most of the time when i try to connect the instrument does not respond.

                                The problem is not in the instrument or the signals.The problem is with the main internet server of this service.They have even increased the rent by 200 Rs./month and yet their is no improvement in the service but it has actually gone worse.Sometimes their server does not even respond for the whole day.

                                There is not even a specific customer call center number for this service where i can address my query and when i go to the BSNL office nobody seems to have an adequate knowledge about this service so as a customer iam in a very helpless situation.

                                Please help me out from this situation and advice me to as to what can be the appropriate steps to make my plea heard and acted upon as soon as possible.

                                  i had got message on 7 oct 2009 that play a contest and win blackberry mobile of Rs 35000 and play it by messages and i won that prize but after that company didint reply me and i spend my Rs 80 on messages to 59595.
                                  this company os really a cheater
                                  i also received a message on 20th october 2009 from 59595 that play contest, contest through message to win nokia mobile worth Rs.35000 and black berry mobile worth Rs.25000 and when i entered the contest they sent me a bunch of contest questions to answer and i also answered and qualified for the contest by scoring 25 points, to answer the question i have to send the answers to 59595 were the cost per message is Rs.2, i spent Rs.2 for each message, after then i received a message that the winner will be declared at the end of the contest, but never they declared.
                                  i also received a message on 21st october 2009 from 59595 that play contest, contest through message to win nokia mobile worth Rs.35000 and black berry mobile worth Rs.25000 and when i entered the contest they sent me a bunch of contest questions to answer and i also answered and qualified for the contest by scoring 25 points, to answer the question i have to send the answers to 59595 were the cost per message is Rs.2, i spent Rs.2 for each message, after then i received a message that the winner will be declared at the end of the contest, but never they declared.
                                  I also receive many messages from 59595. and also get 120 pints. then i recieve a message the winner will intimated soon. It is true or not? Pls send me the details.

                                      Its been a more than a month i have book new phone connection from BSNL tolichowki hyderabad on 28-Aug-2009 reason for getting is for Internet.

                                      But till date no response form BSNL, i have taken some how the concern JE cell number from BSNL for my area mehidipatnam but he is least bother as give some reason also act smart by not recieving if call repeat from the same number always giving reason there is lack of cable that is not issued and alloted from BSNL or there are hundered complaint are still pending why i bother for the new one ,I have requested as my office meeting at late night please help me to get it such that it will be good to attend from home.
                                      It surprise me BSNL spent cores of money in Advertisement in differnt channels can they get simple cables for connection.

                                      BSNL new phone connection — Not getting connection

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I have applied for new phone connection (Permanent) on 08/09/2008 vide D/N No: N424403 but still i have not get the connection. i have reminded many time to the concerned person Mr. Rajendra Choudhary (S D O East Rajendra Nagar, Patna) but in vain, i have got the advice number [protected] RNR - 32537 with Tel no: 2665850.

                                      I want to opt Broadband connection which is possible after getting the new telephone connection.

                                      Please look into this matter on priority besis and save me from further loss.

                                      Dear Sir/Mam,

                                      My name is Vikram, residing in west k.k.Nagar. I applied for new BSNL connection on 25th of last month 2010. I paid an advance amount of Rs 500 to Mr.Parthiban who came for collecting the money. This guy came from the BSNL shoppe code number 20393 ( located opposite jayachandran textile,T.nagar,Chennai)
                                      Phone number:[protected]. When he collected the money he said that i will be getting the connection with one week but now it has been more then two weeks, no one yet called me for installing the new connectiong. I contacted them yesterday for getting the updates but i got vey bad response. I spoke to Arul ([protected]), this guy is taking care of all the billing and for further communication. I asked him to refund the money if BSNL is not able to give connection, But he started to use bad language. He says he cant give me the money back and asking me to wait for 50 to 100 days. I couldnt belive that an goverment organization like BSNL employee is behaving like this to the new customers. I had totally lost the faith on BSNL. I dont mind in waiting for the connection, if he would have informed me whil getting the money about the delay, i would have gone for some service. but he said every thing would be taken care and now balming the exchange people for the delay. I called all the bsnl exchange people near to my area,itseems no one got my application. I would like to know how i could proceed further. I need my money back. Till date BB Connection has not given, when I checked with Local (Kalpakkam) Office, they replied that they didn't get any instruction or any ID (ie. TN CHE [protected]) for giving connection. We were assured that the connection would be up and running before the 7th of march. Till date nothing has happened and every time we go and ask the "very efficient and competent" BSNL officials, the only answer is that it should be done in 2-3 days.

                                        Why couldn't they have just said it on the onset that its going to take a month or so. Why to give false commitment to people. Now I am stuck in the middle where I think that if its a matter of 2-3 days then if I have waited so much then let me check 2-3 days, however if I would have know in the beginning that its going to take so long, I could have taken a better decision [of not going with BSNL and instead with Airtel], my connection would have been up and running within 2-3 days.

                                        I have applied for a new BSNL land line + broadband connection on 18th July, 2011. I had paid 1000 rupees to agent for which I was given cash receipt but no written details even on asking. Although, I was told that 5000 rupees are as refundable security deposit for landline and another 500 would be adjusted in my monthly bill. I was told that new connection are generally given in 2-3 days, but I have not got any connection till date.
                                        I communicated with local BSNL office in Jaipur at[protected], my agent Dinesh Chand narera at[protected], and customer care at 1500, but nobody gave a satisfactory and promising answer. Strange thing is that customer care people are very rude in conversation and simply cut the line abruptly. They simply denied to resister complaint also, and even one time the person on another end told me that, “we are from Chandigarh telephone exchange and we done have any idea for anything. Please take round of local exchange in jaipur.” They we not even capable of mentioning the number and address of local exchange. How come a person national customer care can talk like this?
                                        Please address my issue. My address is 86, Nagrik Nagar, Airport, Tonk Road, Jaipur. Agent gave me my future telephone number which are 27224625. And this area probably comes under Durgapura exchange, jaipur.

                                        I have applied for BSNL boradband connection with all required information on BSNL web site on dt. 11.07.2011. I have issued the lead ID " MHKAL[protected]" for the same. A SMS was also received from BSNL immidiately along with the name of representative and his contact number.
