My landline no[protected] is fault for past 1 week i talked to customer care but there is no response from them. please note BSNL Complaint No. 60645609 – Dated: 15.06.2011. No response no response all the time same will be happened particular our area exchange.

Sir,
My landline phone number[protected] is dead for the past 20 days. I have lodged complaints with the concerned telephone exchange 1 time so far. And upon every complaint I am getting prompt acknowledgement SMS to my mobile number, with new complaint number each time. This shows that they are not bothered about the previous complaints. I don't see any guilty feeling expressed by the staff. Please do the needful.
