Hi, I had called to enquire about BSNL Golden India Plan with BSNL customer care post its advertisement in Times of India front page. THE BSNL customer care had no information about in spite of the advertisement clearly instructing to call customer care for this offer. In addition to this when I spoke the project leader she was extremely arrogant & showed off her govt babu laid back attitude. On insisting by when the information would be available she disconnected the phone. I don’t understand why the customer care do not have the basic telephone manners & product information. BSNL — customer care arrogance

when i had a problem with my net i called the customer care. i made many calls some gave guidelines to sort the problem some said they would forward the complaint. two of them claimed there is no technical team in the call centre, the person who attends if he wishes or if he know he will guide you, else they will register the complaint. they were arrogant in their speech. one of them said i am picking thousand calls a day i cannot be the same to every person.
