[Resolved]  BSNL Dataone Broadband Services — Delay Of Broadband Connection

Hi All,

I am living in seethamadhara,visakhapatnam. i have applied BSNL Dataone Broadband 1month back, also i am using bsnl land line, at the time of my application they told me that the connection would be given in 3 days,i go and ask every week but they are telling some reason. i don't know why are they working like this. i think if we can put some dead bodies they will do that work..

I am living in gummidi poondi, i have applied BSNL Dataone Broadband before 6 months, also i am using bsnl land line, i go and ask every week but they are telling some stupid reason. i don't know why are working like this. i think if we can put some bead body it will do that work.

BSNL ( DataOne Broadband) — Internet Connection Delay

I have got modem installed on 28th August 2007, but till date i havent got internet connection.
When enquired about the same, I am not getting proper answers from BSNL officers.
I had applied for Broadband connection before 7 months, and still waiting for the same.
I have properly paying the bills for the telephone connection but I dont know what problem they have in giving service.
I would like to name those - one is Mr. Varunseand other is Mr. Kamble both are from Nasik, Upnagar Division.
Very soon i will filing a complaint against both of them regarding the same.
I lost near about 50,000/- Rs business because of their stupidity.

In short BSNL sucks...!!!
I had made the order for bsnl broadband on 21 september till now it is not been setup. Whenever i ask them they people told that wait for a weak & u will get it the conection but their is no resgonse from theis side. I am living in GHAZIABAD AREA & landline phone no is 2671067.

recently i got a conection of data one broadband now after two months o[censored]se i got a shock when the downloading charges have come Rs11000 itried to complaint but to disgust no solution as truly i have downloaded less than free limit. i am finding it difficult to cope up with this situation

Sir,
I don't what happened to BSNL employees are they blind, Till now I pay 800-900/- for home250 (2mths),but for the month of Feb. & March bill came of Rs 2500/-. I don't know how since I only use internet connection within limit and from past few days my phone is also dead.

Please see to the query I made rather that doing the same thing as mentioned above.

bsnl's dataone connetion is good but they are not properly updating the site usage so we are not knowing how he is billing he is giving bill directly bill telling some another reasons first month we did'ent took the usage bill now we are taking actually I got "2000+RS two time But i never crossed the usage limit" so for the new connetion appliying people please don't take bsnl conneting it nearly waste of over money in all aspects on phone line enquiery they don't nearly respond quickly they are lazy so i request people don't take bsnl DATAONE connetion

I am having BSNL Broadband connection at my residence. There is no provision to track the broad-band usage. Incidentally, my usage was within the broadband rental (Rs.250/month). But for the month of Feb-08, I find broadband usage chargge of Rs.568/- which is highly unjustifiable as there much lesser usage compared to previous month. There is no proper response from BSNL and nobody is owning the responsibility.

Broadband Connection — Delay in getting the Internet Connection.

I have applied for a BSNL Broadband (750 unlimited Package) on 6-May-2008. BSNL advertisements are staking tall claims that within a week or two broadband connections will be given.But it seems like BSNL servers like typical Gov services provider, apply and forget it. Are we still a part o[censored]nder developed country, "Apply and wait for Years to get a connection?" Just stop chaeting public the way you service providers are doing.
You are lucky boss you are not getting broadband. You cannt imagine the frustation when you have broadband paying for it and not getting connection. you are no where near frustated at the moment. It is still time go for something else. Beleive me a dialup of any company is better than BSNL. nobody will listen to your complain they are all same from top to bottom in BSNL. dont waste your time. Hope you can smell the frustation I am having by using BSNL
How can i configured my mail with Out Look Express.
It is realy so painful that government organisations are still taking people for granted even in a senerio like today where there are so much of complitiion. I am writing this with my experience, The way other players like Airtel etc., provide the Customer care, at least if our BSNL customer care people learn and dedicate themselfs people will have some faith in government bodies, otherwise one will get the feeling that I am having today. I have disconnect Airtel Broadband for a BSNL connection after verifing that it will be provided in a couple of days, forget getting it in couple of days, you will get fedup the way you have to followup for getting the informations.
i taken bsnl broadband 750 unlimite package net is coming 10sce and net is offing why net is not coming when i restart my computer then net is coming for 10 sec and offing what is the problem for bsnl
