SI Online Technomart Complaints & Reviews

I have made payment for registration and tried to call reach out to their support line and email but no response l. Even no one answered call.

I have purchased a UTI pan card ID from SIONLINE and to purchase coupons, I deposited 2100 rupees in their bank account as I used to do earlier but they have blocked my account and I am unable to login to it and this time they have not yet credited the pan card coupons to me nor they are responding to my calls or emails. They are asking to contact their support number [protected] which is never contactable.
They block the account every month and I have to contact them always to get it unlocked and then submit the pan card coupons request. I have already transferred the money to their bank account but no one is helping to unblock the account so that I can submit request from the site as well. Earlier, there was no such process of submitting on the site. Process is WORST, they say themselves a Technomart company and don't even know how websites and technology works. I WANT MY PAN COUPONS DEPOSITED NOW OR MY MONEY BACK. I WILL BREAK ASSOCIATION FROM THEM VERY SOON.
I had a contact number of one of their agents but she is also not helping at all and asking to contact the support number. The agent's number is +[protected]. They are not helping at all.
This is the response to my email from them : "PLEAS CALL ON SUPPORT NUMBER OR WHTSAPP [protected]' Is this how the organizations work?
Their escalations emails are also not responding.
They have never deposited the coupons to my account on time and I always had a bad experience from them.
Please help me to either get my money back or my pan card coupons deposited to my UTI account.

Am a new to this market hence i sarching for good distributer but here what is happening means those people only hackers suddenly once we go for registration page they are asking money for registration once money paid they are keep quite there is no mail communication also and before payment so many links they are providing to put money once we pay means gone plz do the needful

I just talked to the customer care of si online for taking their service. They told me about to become a distributer or retailer. Even they told me their margins. They asked me for 1 time fee of 999/- rs for distributer and retailer registration fees. And whatever i load into my account will be available for recharges or balance transfer. After i registered online for 999/- rs. They called me and asked me to deposit 5000 rs. Online immediately. I deposited the required money. After that they asked me to buy minimum 5 pins (800/-rs per pin) to make a retailer. I shocked because they didn't tell me about this in our conversation. Even i asked them "can i recharge from the distributor's account. They said yes. This is fraud. Now i am asking for the refund and they are not refunding my money. Also i asked them to change my account from distributor to retailer. They refused... I am going to take an action against them. Lets meet in consumer court.

Ye company totally dadagirivali company hai sale pehle mitha mitha bolke pese le jate hai fir kai kai se nai nai terms nikalte hai pese lootne ki.. Please somebady say pm modi to arest this company leader. May be he must be criminal in past... I lost total 299+4000+100=4399 sale harami bat bat pe pese lootne ki hi bate karte hai aur mere jese loot bhi jate hai

Charged me monthly maintenance and sms charges near about 200 rs.
It is hidden charges which is not told earlier and not in terms and condition.
On phone calls they told me only one time activation charges but now making various charges. Pls, stop fraud.
They charged me for one distributor and one retailer id.

This company is fraud. Nobody purchase service from this company
they ask only 999 at the time of activation & all the conditions are hidden
after paying this amount they told you to buy activation keys when you the amount for each key they can't told
each key amount is 199 & you must need to 25 keys = 4985 rs. which totaly hidden - useless - non refundable - & fraud.

I registered for distributor but i do not like si online services . He locked my 5000 rs in id and not refund. I want to contract end and give me my money back. They not provide all information before registration. Very bad company. Mob-[protected] my name anil yogi. I call many time he didnot recive my call. Some time recive call but not saticfiy answer and say i not refund your locked amount . Before registration he says that the comission is 4.0% for distributer and 2.5% for retailer and i paid amount and saw the comission of distributer is 0.40% and retailer 2.5%. Some time i recharge the customer but many time recharge not done. I refill my amount he take 2-3 days to refill my amount.

Online recharge ke liye lifetime 999/- rs.one time non refundable bataye is ke alawa koi extra charge nahi lagega aisa bataya. ye dene ke baad maine 4500/-rs. apne a/c me jama karwaye taki kaam shuru kar saku lekin ab mpin ke naam par paise katne ki dhamki de rahe hai mai ye paise nahi katva sakta. ab na to company wale phone utha rahe na paise vapis de rahe. agar galti se phone utha le to phone kaat dete hai. mansik avam arthik roop se pareshaan kar rahe hai. meri baat marketing head yogesh ji se bhi hui. unhone mujhe problum solv karvane ke liye bharosa dilvaya lekin uske baad mera phone uthana va phone par milne hi chhod diya. nahi mere paas company ka phone aata hai na paise vapis milte hai. bahut pareshaan kar diya. kaya karu ?

I am trying to contact them, no reponse on emails, when trying via phone, some time they are picking the phone, after getting the details, they cut the my phone,
i never see these fraud mother [censored]ers.. totally irritaing and lost my customers, because of this fraud company.

Totally i lost: 999+3999+2500 with this company.

customers care, web and moble app services are very very very very bed, i want back my money.
I have pay registation fee Rs 1505.55 on 4/6/2016 at 10.23 am and for distubetor fee Rs 4000. same day but when i pay 4000 they say again 1000 deposit in their accounts.But i realize this company is fraud.So i kindly request to my law & order department kindly block this kind of weabside and take action REFUND MONEY those who lost hard earner will be great thanks for INDIAN COMPLAINT BOARD TEAM. It seems like I have wasted my hard earned money by registering here. People are not friendly at all and at times its so difficult to reach out this guys which impacts our business.
Few days back I tried logging to the site at night and it was not working, SMS packs Recharge didn't worked yesterday, the retailer update phone section in the site has some bugs as it doesn't work in one attempt. Customer Care not reachable easily even though they have mentioned 100 lines not sure what it is about...

The company gives me more than rs5000from me. But we are not trest this company address. This company provide on line mobile recharge service.
